No Gordon, and Odonnell preferred over Balmer. Balmers days seem numbered. AP drops to bench. Maybe there's a transfer in pipeline for him. We need players in, as that bench is weak.
Every team in our league have player injuries. If we start to get to Kettlewell level injuries in training then would be the time to ask questions.
Maybe the players need a longer holiday to recover and pre season to get back up to speed, rather than a rushed return.
I agree about McGinn. He was unlucky he did not score with a driving run.
On reflection even although we all criticise our center backs, they did well as the game progressed. Mistakes will happen, but I'm sure they can improve further.
Rangers to their credit have worked very hard to close us down. Compare this approach to their approach at ibrox last season where they stood off us.
As others have said our passing and movement needs to improve. Just seems to float about. Perhaps Said being stronger might work better today in that roll.
