What is the point of investing in a youth policy and especially a boy whos been here for probably 10 years and then letting them leave for practically nothing. Once you deduct taxes etc we have been left a pittance,meanwhile monies sit in an account from the society doing what exactly? But they still want your money to watch an ever decreasing squad and quality. If there is a cashflow problem then its bad mangement. Our club will not grow by constanly underselling our assets. No player or staff is going to stay when the higher management of the club show no ambition.

We need a leader and organiser. We cant afford to let any players go without replacing them. Our squad is small enough as it is.

Unless Ojamaa's unsettled then he would be better staying put, playing, learning and hopefully improving. Constantly changing clubs especially at such a young age cant be good for your career surely.

Why such a shortfall? given the tv monies is much the same, squad cutback and rangers league cup revenue, extra monies from europe? Whilst i appreciate it aint cheap running a football club, it seems we are losing a hell of alot of money somewhere. Also how can there be cash flow problems when the society raised £300k?? One of the reasons for the society being setup.

Wilst the club need to sell players every so often to balance the books, letting them go for a pittance is counter productive, especially when we are surely entitled to a decent wedge in compensation for a player thats been at the club around 10 years. Thats 10 years of investment in his career. Not much point in continuing our youth production if the top men at the club value the time and effort in developing these players so lowly. We say it every time a transfer window arrives, but our club really needs to grow a set when negotiating, especially when we constantly asking the fans to keep providing additional monies. Sell on fees are a gamble, and given our club only seems to deal with the present funding, then its strange they even entertain such deals.

was randolph stupid - yes was the referee incompetent - yes so why is it that only one is going to be suspended? is Bskyb running the game in Scotland? This compliance officer's integrity is severely questionable, and its time our club grew a set and kicked up a fuss about inconsistancies. You cant have a disciplinary system which appears to be a Bskyb play thing. There again this flawed system is just another example of how pathetic our game is run. Its upto the clubs to bin this nonsense, but i wont hold my breath.

there is no dig in the middle of the field to protect the weak centre defence. The wide players provided decent crosses but Higdon chose to not bother turning up tonight. As for the penalty, it was a half hearted attempt. When did he last blast it down the middle?

i noticed mccall said our defence was naive playing so far forward. If he noticed it why not do something about it? or did the players ignore him?

every deal mccoist makes, really shows what a shambles scottish football is and what a useless manager he is! How they've managed to escape severe sanctions by the revenue is baffling, as by their own accounts they are the same club, with same history, just dont mention the bad bits! Afterall they are still spending money they dont actually have. Still cant understand why every club with debts dont just do what rangers have done.

did he actually have a medical before conclusion of contract talks? Also surely we as a club knew roughly what the player expected so youve got to wonder about our clubs negotiating skills. .

its all very well selling players, but do you think we will replace him? it seems we are down to about 13 players of reasonable experience, which is madness on it's own. Selling him for £250k is pointless if he can help the club achieve a higher league position and higher prize money. Unless they alter the monies 2nd place carries £800-£900k more. Not that i am expecting 2nd mind you.

Humphrey had very little space to play in on the wing, but then he should then be looking to create space for others by moving. What was wrong with him drifting into the middle and try to get onto flick ons from Higdon? He also had opportunities to play the ball beyond the full back and run, but chose not to! Lasley was everywhere, and god knows what we are going to do when he's suspended!

same old story as far as we are concerned. when it matters most our defence switches off. Sure they had quality, which has to be expected given their resources, but there was little between the teams other than two soft goals. We need to be sharper in front of goal. We also badly need to practice crossing a ball, get our forward players closer to Higdon, and most of all provide help to players with the ball. It seems its far to easy to off load the ball to a player, and then stand back and watch them try to beat several players on their own.

I think we should sell the goalie, Hateley, Saunders, Hutchison, Murphy & Humphrey and raise £250k which will be banked for a rainy day, whilst the club will ask the fans to dig deep just so we can exist! I think we should play the u17s next season in the top division just so we can be certain we dont steal the bigger clubs prize money.

So it appears Rangers are going to get away scot free for all their wrong doings. The SPL have not kicked them out, Rangers put themselves out with their liquidation. All thats happened is that the SPL have said you aint getting back in this season, with the apparent knowledge that restructuring is going to happen to save their arses. Under the shadow of Celtic & Rangers we and many of our previous generations chose MOTHERWELL. What kind of message does it send out to the youngsters out there if our own directors chose one of the Glasgow two over MOTHERWELL?? May as well pack it all in if that happens.
