Aye there are many reason why Hammell could have been sitting on the bench last week. I do find it funny when in a squad game like football someone doesn't play and the fans automatically think it is all over for that player. Gannon seems to be a Manager who changes the team to fit his tactics rather than have tactics to fit his team. Which I have to admit is a breath of fresh air.

If we can beat teams that have qualified for the Champions League Knock Out and Champions League Group Stages every year or so (The Old Firm), and manage to beat a team that won a European Cup in the 80's (Aberdeen) and tend to hammer another team that had a decent European Pedigree back then (Dundee United) then there is no reason why we can't do it again. Aye it's a tall order and a part of me thinks it will be our last round for this season. Saying that, I never thought we could have went to Celtic Park, go down to ten men and still win 1-0 two years ago.

I think the main reason why this is still being discussed is because of:-

Add to the fact every year the bank basically force Aberdeen's Owner Stewart Milne to back the Club through his own company, which is also due to the current climate really struggling. Will be interesting to see if Milne can do that again. I said it before he left, and I think it is now coming out that Aberdeen are not a bigger club than us when it comes to finances. They are very much up shit creek without a paddle, even compared to us.

He wasn't a back up keeper at ICT. He got dropped after shipping 5 against Rangers by Brewster (although if it wasn't for Fraser it would have been close to 10-0). Although if you are correct then it just proves how shit a manager Terry Butcher really is as it was Fraser he put his trust in to save them from the SPL. I guess the best of ICT is no better than 4th best at Rangers, since a couple of our last keeper we had have been those (Smith and Brown)... How about keepers not needed by Kilmarnock, where our other two last full time keepers also came from (Marshall and Meldrum). Since when did we turn into a team that had world class keepers? It is up to Gannon who is first choice and I bet neither of them are First Choice Keeper. Both of them will be fighting it out, but if Ruddy does become it in the end we better sign him in January or it will be a major fuck up.
