Not really. People who take companies to Court because of their own stupidity are to blame for the mess we are in.

You'll be shocked to see Aberdeen do not have a huge budget, compared to us - larger yes, but it is not huge. That's why they loose their players every season. Mr Milne, on behalf of Aberdeen, this season has already been told he has to give assurances every six months to the bank as their debt, and the linked debts (SG Milne) are so far in the red it is unmanagable. Also they do not have the resources, due to their service debts to be of any force to the Old Firm. The Old Firm, will always be able to pull something out of the bag over the course of a few years, decades etc. because no one else has the backing of Creditors like the Old Firm. Naebody is going to pull the plug on the Old Firm over debts, can't say the same regarding the other clubs.

Old Man's family are 'Well fans. My Auld dears side are Celtic fans, although she moved away from them after the fans came back out of the woodwork in the mid to late 90's. Was only ever one choice for me (was it a choice). It will be the same with my 9 month old, although my missus (his mother) is a Spurs fan so no real danger tbh

Yep. First we will need to get contracts drawn up that when you had over Money/Buy a Season Ticket you agree that any injury caused while watching the football is your own fault... even if it turns out not being. Football Clubs are far to scared, and the with Ambulance Chasers looking for new Clients each week I can't blame them.

Amazing the slagging Hammell gets yet he is the only Motherwell play in the top 12 for assists. Two behind the leaders. I doubt, O'Brien, mainly from the left is now far behind with his two assists against Dundee United... from left midfield... It also amazes me that the outswinging cross is by far more dangerous according to those on here, but every major club at free kicks, corners etc seem to prefer to use the inswinger. Why, because there is nothing worse for a keeper than a ball, and players rushing towards him, and when you're unlucky enough (as a keeper) for the ball to miss everyone it can, often, end in the back of the net without you even moving.

I see it now. Junior Leagues say fuck off! The Junior Leagues have no reason to come in from the cold. The SFA have already backed down and allowed them in the Scottish Cup which is an absolute disgrace.

Gone but never forgotton RIP along with Jamie and Phil One Davie Cooper .

Has anyone got the stats for O'Brien playing on the left with regards to assists to him being on the right? You will probably see that O'Brien has been far more dangerous playing on the left than the right. In fact once again, stats will show our left side, being Hammell/O'Brien is our most dangerous side, with Hammell provding more assists than anyone. Weeyin, I still believe, speaking from experiance as a keeper I shit myself more when someone hits an inswinging cross than a "hitting the bye line" cross. The defence have more chance of controlling their clearance from an outswinging cross than an inswinging cross. Only other cross that is better is the smash across the ground.

In a word. Yes.

Probably is, but I have not seen anything of anyone else (maybe Fizzy) who can play left midfield and give us the attacking threat O'Brien does. I think Hammell, maybe but he would take a few games to get use to playing further forward, which unfortunately we cannot risk. I don't believe in this nonsense of lefties must be on the left and righties on the right. For one thing a right foot cross from the left is 9 times out of 10 more dangerous that a left foot cross due to it more than often being in swinging, give the defence more problems, and the attack more leverage. What I would like to see is either Quinn working on his cross and being moved to right wing (unless we find a leftie who can cross) or moved back to right back, because as it stands he's not a winger, although I'm not saying he couldn't be with a pre-season under his belt if McGhee wants to go down that route. Bottom line is though, this team beat Dundee United, so it does work, it just didn't (again) on Live TV

Well, one of our pish runs HAVE to end to reach the top six. Either we win at Ibrox, or win on Live TV. Me, I will be optimistic, and go as far as we won't drop a single point until we play at Ibrox/Celtic Park after the split.
-
Unfortunately we've been saying that for like since the last time we won there!
-
Can someone remind me who set up Sutton's goal against Dundee United. And in what position he was playing?
-
Aye cause we didn't beat United by playing Clarky from the bench and O'Brien on the left. Nor were Quinn and McLean in the same team for that same game. I do love this site. One week we win, the next we don't and it was because of team selection/tactics not being able to do the job, yet it did the week before. People seem to forget that. No one was complaining about the tactics when we beat United... Not to mention Clarky had a guilt ridden miss which he would have actually normally put away if he composed himself
-
Keep a clean sheet but our defence was posted missing... Aye, ok then Craigan was my MOTM. Held it together what was a live TV game to forget... again!
-
Not really. I think the Old Firm games make us look just a wee bit better. More pluses added! We fucking woeful on TV, and this isn't included St Midden in the cup! Kilmarnock (h) L 0-2 Hamilton (a) L 0-2 Hearts (h) L 0-2 Dundee United (a) L 0-2 Dundee United (h) D 2-2 Hearts (h) L 0-2 Aberdeen (h) L 0-2 Dunfermline (a) L 1-4 Played 8 Won 0 Drawn 1 Lost 7 For 3 Agg 18

Yes. It goes by Fair Play winners (Nation) And then the best placed Non Qualified team within that league gets the place. So if Scotland won it, and the league ended as it is now, Motherwell would have the place.

Win bonuses x the team Clean sheet bonuses for Smith x the amount of times Goal bonuses for the Strikers (30+) How can £1m be unreasonable to anyone that thinks about it for a second?
-
He can't kick nor come for a cross ball... sound familier! Although the current Sunderland number 1 is no better at either of those either.
-
My betting slip says Dundee United will miss out
-
tbf I thought the East Stand wing looked great... who cares about the rest. Hammell seems to play better in first half and Quinn plays better in the second usually anyway (aslong as we keep the way we're shooting correct)
-
Rather stick with Uncle Phil's signature if we're having on the back along with our second sponsor tbh.
-
He's talking aboot Hearts Although they have no chance!
-
Why? What part of him coming on when he did didn't work. Came on when McGhee decided was the right time + Scoring the winner = Came on at right time For the Killie game, same as yesterday, with Clarky on around the 70-75 mark to rip the pish oot their back line
