  1. No one. Scotland is the last position in the Co-Eff for a runner-up spot. All nations below us receive only a Champions Place. The only movement will be if Chelsea end third and win it or Bayern win it. And only then it will be in the Champions path. Instead of five ties being played in 3rd round, there will be 4. We will still be the worst ranked side in there though. Seeded place goes by clubs rather than nation. Steelboy summed it up best with it likely to be Club Brugge (Belgium) or likely PAO (Greece).
  2. None. Only Russia and Portugal are removed
  3. According to Wiki If Chelsea win and finish fourth in league The third-placed team of association 6 (Portugal) and the runners-up of association 7 (Russia) are promoted from the third qualifying round to the play-off round. If Chelsea win and finish outside top four in league Because of the restriction that no association can have more than four teams playing in the Champions League, the fourth-placed team of the 2011–12 Premier League, which would have entered in the 2012–13 Champions League play-off round, will be moved to the 2012–13 UEFA Europa League. In this case, the allocation system for the Champions League will be changed in the same way as above.
  4. Surely every Motherwell fan is a wee bit excited. If they're not then they're dead inside man! Come Tuesday night I might even have us winning the fucking thing
  5. Shhhh.... don't ye know we're not going to give away any throw-ins, corners or free-kicks anywhere withing 40 yards of our goal line
  6. Dropping Higdon There is a reason why McCall won't do it... because it would be idiotic You not think maybe his sharpness might have had something to do with the fact it was like the 80th minute....
  7. He has had an excellent season the same way Lennon has. Had a budget that any other SFL side would have dreamed off, not to mention working under someone he knows very well
  8. Sad but true. He is the safe option, despite County being the SFL's equivalent of Celtic this season.
  9. Fuck sake man, gies time to celebrate tonight Was due to be going to this game, then realised it was a Tuesday! Won't be now despite only being a mile away! So because of that. Hearts 0-3 Motherwell.
  10. We only have to beat United at home IF they manage to take 6 points of the Old Firm. What a position to be in!
  11. Wouldn't grudge him either but I think people going a bit far with his great performance at Ross County for half/three quarters of the season the season. Ross County are backed to the hilt financially and with other sides down grading/get back to where they were it should have been easier than it turned out to be for County.
  12. We made 7 (at least 4 glorious) in our last two home games....
  13. Yeah but it wasn't quite a team full of untried Under 19's either. Bar maybe Zaluska most of that srtarting XI would walk into our team. As for this weekend. 3-1 easy!
  14. If they win their appeal (without liquidation) then I can see it being reduced to january at the most. UEFA have a habit of backing their members with bans or stepping in and doing it themselves if they find merit in it (Half of Macedonia, Spain, Italy and Switzerland have seen Transfer Embargos handed out by their FA or or by UEFA). If they liquidate then it will last the full 12 months I think.
  15. There will be a certain number of over agers in the U20 - not sure how many but Wotte wants less rather than more which I think is right
  16. Not the way Bill Miller wants to do it though.
  17. Not to mention every media outlet! BBC Story!
  18. If we need Rangers why we putting our money into a 'Well Society, when we should be given it all to the Rangers Fighting Fund. Also, anyone who believes that there would be no deal with Sky to show Edinburgh Derbies and if Rangers are kicked out likely Dundee Derbies and then other games are fucking idiots of the highest order.
  19. If the answer is to join the Well Society to have our say then has the members received their "polling cards" from the club to have their say before the club votes - in just over a week..... As I have not.
  20. HERE The article in Tayside Courier states almost 12,000 people have answered the survey.
  21. So with fans of every group voting above 90% on no to NewCo re-entering the SPL we can assume the SPL will ignore this and well vote the NewCo back in.... Saying that, Yorkston has mentioned he would have severe reservations on voting them back in - but that is probably more to do with the fact he probably thinks it would save Dunfermline from relegation...
  22. The rest looks correct but this is wrong. PAO at this time are a maximum of 3 points ahead of AEK in fifth. You have forgot to figure in the playoff Round-Robin which would see PAO's points total changed (as with everyone elses. As it stands it is (with two games to go before Split) PAO - 3pts Atromitos - 1pt PAOK - 0pt AEK - 0pts They are due to play each other twice - once at home and once away.
  23. Yes at this moment but new rules to the access list are due to be published soon. Based on last season that is how it will look.
  24. Good point. Saying that, this isn't even close to being the same as Killie (taken away the Old Firm v Diddy Club thing). Kilmarnock were not just playing their first game, but it was also at their ground. If it was at Fir Park, then I don't think we'd have allowed them to "celebrate" the way we did. There would have been no Cup Parade, so I really don't see why we should allow Celtic to. Fair enough if it was at Celtic Park, as we will need to do it next season if we play them first game of the season so fuck them. As for the game, 2-1 tae us, with Lennon having a melt-down as we're given a penalty and the other goal was never over the the line!
  25. Very true but then you could say the same for Randolph with the extra addage that he is unlucky that probably the most consistent keeper over the last 5-10 years in the Premier League ahead of him. Being England squad keeper isn't really a big deal and hasn't been for a long time.
