  1. This line of discussion stops here.
  2. I would be shocked if Saints take that much. At last look the hadn't broke 3k yet. They do not seem as up for it as we do reading WeArePerth
  3. Think we could break the lowest Scottish Cup Semi Final attendance which took place on a Saturday. With us selling around 5000 tickets, and St Johnstone selling around 3000 we're going to blow it out the water. The lowest on a Saturday I can find is Dundee v Gretna, which had 14,179. This also was an afternoon kick off on a Saturday. The lowest though is 8,536 witnessing Dunfermline beat Hibernian on a Wednesday night in a Scottish Cup Semi replay.
  4. I don't think games like a Semi Final need anyway posting or invite. Maybe a social event taking place in the Cooper or Centenary and such aye, but not a Semi Final. As if they don't know it's happening then I would worry why not - especially if they are Motherwell fans. As for spamming, I thought they no longer emailed/messaged you when an invite happens. It now appears on the top right of you home page. As for other clubs I got an invite to watch the Palma de Mallorca Derby between Atlético Baleares v Real Mallorca "b" via Facebook as I have Real Mallorca on my liked pages
  5. Both pitches are registered as 115 x 75 by both St Johnstone and Queen's Park. Not sure if the pitch sizes change for Scotland/National Cups, but I have not noticed any faded lines during the games I have seen so I doubt it
  6. You do know if we release him now we'd have to pay the remainder of his contract.... so we'd have no extra money to use on re-signing players.
  7. All transfer rumours get discussed in the In & Out thread. I will merge this with that
  8. SPL League Position vs % Revenue (Basic + Supplementary = Total) 1 4.0% 13.0% 17.0% 2 4.0% 11.0% 15.0% 3 4.0% 5.5% 9.5% 4 4.0% 4.5% 8.5% 5 4.0% 4.0% 8.0% 6 4.0% 3.5% 7.5% Scottish Cup Semi Final Roughly £40,000 + TV money (We've been on TV against Dundee, Dundee United and now St Johnstone) + Ticket sales (Semi Final tickets are pooled and split 4 ways after expenses) - disciplinary fines = Total Scottish League Semi Final Roughly £45,000 + TV Money (Rangers) + Ticket sales. Figures may be slightly out of date, as this is 2009/10 I could find.
  9. They only got rid of the semi replays a few years ago after the Hibs v Dunfermline shit
  10. Anything between 3rd and 10th and not to be knocked out of the cups by a part-time team (home or away) or a first division side at home. Always believe we will battle for top six for as long as we can - even Malpas did that. If we can play good football during this time then all the better
  11. Actually it does. The SPL do their fixtures based on teams continuing to end in the same half of the table from the previous season.
  12. FFS Randolph, Craigan scored against ye. Hang your head in shame... Saying that it was a nice finish tbh
  13. Tbf if the teams that always end in top six were the same every year then everyone would play home and away twice against their oppenents.
  14. It is not unusual for one set of the Old Firm to play an extra away game against a top six team. Rangers had to go to Pittodrie three times, twice. If anyone gets screwed out of another home game against the Old Firm it WILL be Kilmarnock
  15. That's actually a lot closer than I thought. So we have gained points more times than we haven't (and it is gained as the resources of both clubs makes it gained for us, and dropped for Hearts).... Not really owned - in fact it is not owned at all. I'm sure Tynecastle ONLY makes for a lot worse reading from our point of view.
  16. Of course I meant second top With Goodwillie and Hooper. But yeah Miller is still top
  17. Sad thing is, although it was a 6 month purple patch, Sammon was still a striker scoring goals, and despite not kicking a ball for Kilmarnock since January is still joint top goal scorer in the SPL.
  18. That stat actually makes me more scared. Wouldn't be un-Motherwell for us to lose 6-0 now.... Saying that, already beginning to buzz for the game, and if we have a full team to choose from 3-1 tae us.
  19. Who cares if it was lucky. You make that sound like a bad thing. I don't care if it comes of his backside they all count

    A Request

I wish it could be that way. Not a hope in hell. I'd be more shocked if they don't bring the GTF thread back to life.
  21. As far as I can find the lowest attendance for a Scottish Cup Semi on a Saturday was Dundee v Gretna, which had 14,179 fans inside Hampden. Saying that the lowest I can find out was Hibernian v Dunfermline in a Scottish Cup semi replay at Hampden on a Wednesday night - 8,536 Got a ticket in the North, hopefully not too far away from my SSC seat - and a seat on one of the buses!
  22. Just what we need. ANOTHER thread on the matter....
