Oi! Gaag, Fuck Off Also, they do have higher attendance but Easter Road will not sell out. They'll have a decent number of empty seats when it opens. Either that or they'll give even more of an away allocation and still be left with large chunks of empty space. The difference is the blue-print of Easter Road when completed still leaves the possibility of expansion, but despite what SD says (and he does have a point tbf) we don't have the possibility like Hibs with the space we have.
-
The main thing with Easter Road, there is plenty of room for them to expand the current stadium. I don't see this room at Fir Park.
-
Are we given out Part-Time Contracts now? He's left St Johnstone to go Part-Time so he can concerntrate on being a Doctor.
-
Always seemed like an OK player - nothing to write home about, although he seemed to spend a lot of time on the sidelines through injury.

Some Light At The End Of The Lukas Tunnel?
Wellfan1984 replied to walking down the Fir Park's topic in Club Chat
That was my first thought too -
They group them, usually 5 seeded and 5 non-seeded. They are not regionalised (hence we got an Albanian club this time last season).
-
I guess it's also good that Anorthosis believe this player up for the challenge that they bypassed any compensation for a sell on clause. They would only do this if, they themselves believe he can go onto bigger things. Good to see us casting the net a lot wider as well. Well played Gordon Young and Craig Brown.
-
True, I don't think match up to match up he'd remove Gordon, but all it takes for a Scottish Keeper is First Team football, a lot of hard work and the hope Gordon gets injured (of course no Scotland fan in their right mind would hope that) - which happened when we played Holland at home - which led to Marshall being in goal. That could (of) been Turner if he was playing first team football and doing it well somewhere. If you think our keepers currently consist of Gordon McGregor/Alexander (whoever is No.1 at Rangers at the time) Marshall Langfield You'd think any other half decent keeper, especially if they have a good campaign somewhere (like the SPL) could battle Marshall and/or Langfield etc...
-
He started his career at Stirling Albion so I don't think he'll be to disheartened if he has to come to the SPL to get first team football.
-
Did he not get sent aff that game too, or am I thinking of another keeper? I'm also shocked he has not moved (a bit like Alexander) as I thought he'd fancy battling Gordon for the Scotland Jersey.
-
Was it meant to be funny like? Would most people not want to take the keeper that is higher up the pecking order 9/10. I guess you're one of the 1/10 than wouldn't?
-
I'd take Turner before Ruddy. Why take 4th choice if 3rd choice is available?
-
Would anyone fancy taking on Nicky Weaver who has been released by Burnley? He had a 6 month loan spell with Dundee United last season - and many in the press were saying the two best keepers in the SPL were Weaver and Ruddy when we played United (the game we drew 2-2 against 9 men). Whole LIST of player can be found here too
-
Exactly, there is still over 2 months before the first game of the league season - and if the rumours are true we're naw even at home for that game!
-
And if you watched either Valdes or Casillas shakeyness at crosses has nothing to do with the fact of their height. The tallest keepers in the world have problem with cross balls as well. Coming for a cross is all about placement and timing. Not the height of the keeper or attacker. The very best Scotland has to offer - Craig Gordon - 6ft 4in is probably one of the worst at coming for crosses. In fact he's that bad Bruce supposedly told him to allow his defence to deal with cross balls
-
But what has being 6ft got to do with that? Casillas and Valdes (two of the top 5 keepers in the world) are both smaller than him (granted both are both shaker under cross balls ) but that has nothing to do with height! If height was the main factor, how do you explain Ruddy's ability to be lobbed from 18 yards out?
-
So not changing the record for the last few years then? Again, we'll be no where near relegation and will be battling for top six once again. Killie, Accies, St Mirren are all worse of than us. In fact, I would say at this moment of time the only Non Old Firm club that is by far ahead of us (as it stands) is Dundee United and if you believe evey rumour that won't be for long as their team will be striped of most quality...
-
Been reading the Football Rumours website. What a load of shite that place is, but so far I have come across for Motherwell John Rankin - Hibs to Motherwell - £150K (Aberdeen our signature rivals, so we can cancel that one as Aberdeen don't have £1K to splash - never mind us). John Fleck - Rangers to Motherwell - Loan
-
Livingston United and Bathgate. Although been known to take in Bo'ness, Pumphy and West Calder as I have had mates playing for them. Currently looking at taking over Livi United
-
Probably. I think they're like the Old Firm of the Junior League and there will be not many tears from the West Lothian Junior sides if Lithgae go bankrupt (which I have heard all is not well doon that way)...
-
Yes, a Motherwell XI will take on Bathgate Thistle at Creamery Park. I guess it is part of the Partnership which sees us playing our Under 19's Home Games there. Well that's what I have put in FM And yeah, Bathgate hate Armadale more than Lithgae Rose
-
So we dropped Fraser, a proven SPL Campaigner for some Under 19 keepers of Celtic... who can probably not even fill a full season of an SPL campaign between them? Not to mention they'd have to be dropped, hopefully at least 4 times a season...
-
Sorry Fraser Haters, I doubt he'll be your answer. Also, if we're signing an up for grabs Everton keeper why we settling for Ruddy when rumour has it Turner is available too? Anyway, if Hollis signs then he must be for backup to Fraser or A.N. Other as I don't fancy a keeper with career stats that cover 6 seasons and playing only 28 games. Maybe in the future but not at this moment. Maybe we can see if Hibs will give us Buzz back?
