Because Premiership defenders don't have lapses of concentration? The amount of School Boy defending in the Premiership is not much lower than that in the SPL.

Sutton has been an unsung hero this season. When discussions on transfers was going on a lot of people said we need to replace Sutton, but his link up play and do or die attitude at times has been brilliant. OK he's not scoring 10+ goals a season at the moment but the amount of work he does to allow others to score is fantastic. What summed this up the most was the home game against Flamurtari.

Did Ruddy call for it? In no way, shape or form should a keeper call for it, or try and claim a ball like that. Unless Reynolds heard a call their was no reason for him to leave, nor for Ruddy to come for it.

There were two defenders goal side of him when the ball was played across by Craigan b. He started his run behind the ball (can't be offside if you're behind the last player to touch the ball) The linesman had a brilliant view of the decision. He could see Forbes, but he could also see Craigan at least 4 yards in front of him... mistakes happen, that was worse than a fucking mistake. If a linesman can make a mistake like that then he should give up now and go back to his fucking day job

That's my biggest worry. If he goes 3-5-2 or 4-5-1 I think we'll struggle. Saying that, we've surprised before and we really are overdue a win against Rangers. Shame I can't see it but will go with a 0-0 or 1-1 with the Duke scoring if we do.

Spot on, although some of the runs he made last season into the box when he played were fantastic. The problem was I think he was too scared to fuck up. A confidence player if there ever was one. Unlike some on here though, I think he still has a long future ahead of him at MFC, if he chooses to have one that is.

Aye it must be all those Auld Pro's that Brown is bringing in - like McGlinchey and possible Spence. Seasoned Veterans the lot of them.... Brown is picking the team to suit the game, and not to stroke his ego. Forbes will get his shot, no doubt in the coming weeks but it depends on how Brown wants to play it.
