  1. FFS A manager is actually using our centrebacks at corners. Shame Crags couldn't put his header on target
  2. 4th is up for grabs again... shame I think it is too late for us FFS Motherwell. Come on!!!!
  3. Sorry boss. Better go and quote all the other various mentions of the Rangers/United game. Points here puts us back into the mix for 4th - twat.
  4. Boyd scored his 5th. Ten men Rangers humping Dundee United
  5. I have no idea why managers have began not using men on the posts. Pet hate of mine.
  6. O'Brien could have a field day tonight.
  7. Craigan past it, the same player Northern Ireland have asked to play on for 2 more years, much to the thankfulness of the Norn Iron support - but aye, he's past it
  8. Yeah that probably makes more sense - I thought you copied it from somewhere, like Sky Sports as they are known to have us playing players in all the wrong places.
  9. Surely Hateley will be on the right and Forbes in the middle or you have Forbes & O'Brien the wrong way around?
  10. No internet feed for the game, although in my search I did find that the Motherwell v Accies game is live on myp2p website on Saturday. Ack well radio for me - weather lets me down
  11. Here is the plus point for Gannon and Motherwell. Gannon gave these kids a shot at the lime light, Brown has admitted he has only seen Motherwell play live twice this season, both times he said we played very well, and the youngsters were on fine form at times. If it was the start of the season and Brown was manager then you could ask yourself would the lkes of Slane, Saunders and Forbes get a shot, but now it's half way, and Brown has seen that these youngsters can do a reasonable job I think there is no reason to worry about the youngsters going back to the Under 19's. I don't think we're going to sign a bunch of 30+ in January to kick out each and everyone of the youngsters. The only question to be asked about the three you mentioned is Slane, as he's is yet to return from injury, one which Full Time training is believed to be one of the causes (if I read it right) - is he ready?
  12. No but it doesn't hurt to have available managers in your phone book....
  13. No but how the hell is he going to be able to take training if he is in a different country - which according to Peter Ward they were due to do? Also, if Boyle had Brown lined up in case what happened, happened then it is not hypocritical but very good work by Boyle.
  14. If he didn't apply for other jobs, he got down to Stockport rather quickly to watch them lose to Leeds United - in fact the game was on going when Sky Sports broke the news Although I tend not to believe you when you said Boyle had nothing lined up when within 12 hours Brown had all but accepted the position as Interim boss.
  15. No. There is no contract as it is on a Caretaker basis, which is even more common practice than Managers working outside of seasonal contracts. It's a bit hard to get everything sign and sealed when our owner is on holiday/business trip (delete as appropriate). Brown if offered would probably sign a deal for life, unlike Gannon who wouldn't sign for a season or two.
  16. Brown himself said their was no time limit as Boyle is currently in Australia when he was interviewed by Sky Sports News yesterday. He said it could be for a couple or more, and that he and Boyle would discuss the matter on his return (which I think is about 2 or 3 weeks - hence the BBC going with the 3 game story).

    Game On!

    Fuck Enjoy yourselves guys.
  18. Moved us forward from the dugout at Crewe?
  19. I'm now hoping it is postponed. My ticket is stuck down south, and I wont have it tomorrow although if postponed it will be sent to me
  20. It's a disgrace the football is being cancelled because of conditions of roads and paths. FFS old biddys are doing their shopping right now in this weather, but we can't go to football. It's Scotland FFS Hope the game isn't aff as I was looking forward to my first trip to Tynecastle in years
  21. No he isn't. God knows what his fitness etc. is like, as he is very much as someone mentioned above in the mold of McGarry. Was never the fittest person on the park so god knows how his inability to get into a rather poor Plymouth side has hit his fitness
  22. Craigan won't be our next manager. He's still got two years of playing football left yet - as I believe he accepted Northern Ireland's request to carry on for the Euro 2012 campaign. Nor will Boyle go down that route again I believe.
