There's 30 busses leaving from fir park so that's at least 2000 going.

Scottish Premiership Game 7: Aberdeen (H) Sunday 24/09/17 (12.15)
maxywell replied to Yabba's Turd's topic in Club Chat
We won the more important game, if we beat them again it's just bonus points in a game we wouldn't have expected to win when the fixtures came out. -
I was sat next to Jackson at the Rangers game, he was talking to some guy and i heard Moult's name being mentioned a couple of times.
-
If Cadden and or Moult left we're certs for a bottom 2 finish in my opinion. No chance we'll be replacing them with anyone of the same quality.
-
Quite a few of our players had below par games and without Bigi we struggled in central midfield. The first 15 mins we were getting nowhere near them and could have been 2 or 3 down but the rest of it was much better and pretty even.Hard to tell from one game but i thought we looked a better side allround than last season, Rangers should finish second with that team but we were well in it right til the end. Oh and whatever the club did to stop them getting in our end didn't work, there were at least a few dozen in the middle section of the pod stand.Heard there was some fighting after the game too.
-
There were yesterday, down to one lane so i'm guessing there still are.
-
The extra allocation was probably the other end of the pod stand, it's usually just the cooper end that the old firm get and yes they've sold out.6000ish i think.
-
If there are a lot of away fans in the home end and there's crowd trouble the finger will be pointed at us for selling them the tickets so i hope they didn't let many of them through.Surely can't be that hard anyway, st holder, ws member or bought a home end ticket in the last 10 yrs.
-
So we only had about 2800 last season? Always thought we'd been around the 3200/3300 mark for the last few seasons. If we get the same number of people patg then our home crowds should be regularly over 4000 this season.
-
We looked good today especially through central midfield but lets be honest Morton were terrible. If we play Rangers off the park like that then its something to get excited about but most of the new guys are still unknown at premier league level.
-
Someone who's done it at a decent level probably has better offers than us.I'd be happy enough with what we have at the back now, i reckon kipre could turn out to be our best signing and if McManus is fit he's still a decent mid table cb.If we can only make one more signing it has to be a forward, if Moult goals whatever combination of forwards we currently have won't score as many as our front 2 last season so we need a decent forward even if its on loan.
-
Sounded to me from the last sentence that he was hoping we make him an offer...
-
If we're going to sell him it would be a lot better doing it now and getting a replacement before the season starts than waiting til the end of August.
-
There's still 7 weeks to go if we have a poor start i except there might be 1 or 2 loans coming in during August.
-
If they spend that much on one player i doubt they'd be able to afford anymore decent fees so it depends how much they want him.Wouldn't be surprised if they wait til the last few days of the window and come in with a 450k offer.
-
If we got a swap for Jones that would be a decent deal, he was one of their better players in the latter part of last season and was it not him who ran the first half against us in the last home game.
-
Scottish teams have still had pish results when they were well into a season and it won't help at all when we're playing decent teams, Odense, Nancy etc.It might help for the odd game against teams that are already into their season but i can't see it making any difference in the 3rd game or playoff when our teams could be playing somebody from Portugal, holland, France etc.
-
If someone is consistantly shite in every friendly then it would be a concern but this was the first game obviously some players will take a while to get up to their usual standard, that's the whole point of friendlies.
-
Celtic would have won league 1 easily, Rangers and Aberdeen would probably have won it too.For us that might be about our level financially but i reckon if you offered most players the same wage for a mid table league 1 team or a mid table spfl team they'd rather go to the latter where they have a chance of playing against 2 of the biggest teams in europe, possibly winning a cup or playing european football or just generally being more watched and probably being more likely to get a move to a championship team. The spfl overall is shite compared to the epl and even the championship but i've seen a fair amount of lower division games and there's a big drop off after that.
-
Weeyin he might well have looked a decent player at Oldham but i think most on here would say we're probably better than them, for players coming from mid table league one or below teams the spfl is a step up and one that plenty haven't been able to make.
-
When we played them at fir park in that 4-3 game they refused to use the temp net and insisted on warming up and taking shots in the penalty box, few of our staff weren't happy about it.
-
That positive could easily turn out to be negative with 2 of those 4 games being ones we lost last season and could easily lose again, of those first 5 games we'll only be favourites in 2 of them.
-
Heneghan is shite and he probably won't improve much but even shite deserves a fair price and when you look at how much English teams pay for shite lower division players then i think 300-500k would be about right for him.
-
I'd put their realistic price at the lower end of those, probably about 800k, 500k and 300k.If we get over 1.5m for the 3 of them that's a decent deal.
-
He's been playing mostly in better leagues than ours and often as a sub so i wouldn't look into his club stats too much and his international record is decent. If we signed him he'd get 15+ easily if he stayed fit but it's not going to happen.
