I agree its not unreasonable for folk to express any concerns they may have about his appointment, however to express those concerns based solely on the mans previous employers is narrow minded and in itself a form of prejudice and bigotry. If the concern is based on his performance at those previous employer and perceived lack of ability thats fair enough but he needs to be given a chance to prove his critics wrong.
