  1. Will we now see a witch hunt for Ruddy, sounds like he had a howler 3 goals from the edge of the area, where the fuck was the defence. If it were Fraser in goal there would be certain people burning effegies of him outside Fir Park
  2. Why do we let this shower of shite just run over the top of us like that, who the fuk is this forrest , an under 19s player or something ?
  3. 65 proof is required at time of purchase.
  4. While I agree its a great gesture to allow kids into the coop for free, other than that can't say I'm impressed in any way, will have to pay more for my ticket as last seasons early discount was 10% nothing to make up for the loss of a home game this season and I'm sure as we go through the season there will again be offers which further devalue my ticket. However as our chairman has said , “Being a season ticket holder at Fir Park is more than just a right to view games. It is a true and genuine commitment to the Motherwell Football Club community." I will in all probability renew our tickets but it would be nice if the cub made a true and genuine commitment to the ordinary season ticket holder who doesn't have kids +/or doesn't want to sit in the coop.
  5. Not all of the youth team players will be good enough to make the step up to senior level so is it not prudent to cast the net wider ?
  6. http://www.motherwellfc.co.uk/index.php?op...&Itemid=133 "Club Statement | Print | E-mail Wednesday, 25 February 2009 Motherwell confirm Canterbury as official kit supplier. Motherwell Football Club, in conjunction with PSL Team Sports, are delighted to announce an exciting new kit deal with one of the world’s leading sports brands, Canterbury of New Zealand. The deal will see the company provide Motherwell with first team kit, training apparel and its revolutionary BaseLayer products for a period of four years beginning at the start of the 2009/2010 season." Was meant to be a 4 year deal, if as some people have said canterbury are pulling out of football then I would expect them to compensate their clients in some way.
  7. Can someone please address the important point here , were there sandwiches ?
  8. Agree with this totally, would be interesting to see the difference between what I paid for my ST vs what I would've paid at the gate bearing in mind all the different offers including games I coulda got in as someones bring a friend for free. I reckon the club should be seriously considering this when it comes around to renewal time.
  9. My expectation for season ticket 2010/11 pay my hard earned up front to sit in a dilapidated shed be promised all sorts of perks and benefits get none of said perks and benefits be out of pocket vs pay at the gate prices when the club do various ticket price offers (Hibs game £10) pretty much the same as my expectations for season ticket 2009/10
  10. I think it depends if there's anything to play for its the last game and the league placings could be a formality, if so I would suggest a complete boycott of the game and let some of the ringe players and youth players make up the team. We've given the OF enough money this season.
  11. Congratulations are due to Leeann Dempster. http://www.motherwellfc.co.uk/index.php?op...&Itemid=133 She has in my opinion made a difference particularly in communicating with the fans hope she continues to do so. Well done Leeann
  12. A seat warmer? no fussed its april it'll be warmer A hostess to deliver you a pint and a blowjob? If you could make that happen that'd be magic
  13. I get where some people are coming from regards the week off scenario, however its as much a mental rest as it is a physical rest. It also shows the players that the management team trust them also. Sure will be interesting to see the reaction from the players it could bite us on the bum or it could propel us into european football.
  14. Whats the criteria for a testimonial ? This being craggs testimonial year yet Hammy has played more games.
  15. I'm more concerned about the crisp poke , was it smuggled in or bought at the kiosk and subsequently used as a missile, will sections of our little neighbours support want sanctions ?

Possibly one of the toughest to call so far Hammy was superb Murph too , duke still looks like he's carring a knock. I think I have to give it to Jim O' Brien a constant thorn in the jambos sides always available for the pass (if only people would look up and see him in acres of spae) and a cracking goal too
  17. Both of which you can get ripped off for inside the ground and so not prohibited items which could be prevented with a search
  18. Is it only the East Stand where these searches are taking place ? If so that does seem very discrimantory and says to me the club don't trust supporters in the East Stand or is it just the ones who populate the area nearest the South Stand ? I'm concerned this could antagonise people and create more problems than it potentially solves, after all there are items on sale within the ground which could be launched at someone and do damage.
  19. Thats normally the case there mate. I would go with the 11 who finished the game on Saturday Forbes and Duke gave us a very different shape from the earlie part of the game and could provide a competent threat against Gus' 5-5-0 formation.
  20. Well yeah I know he did but this has been going on for some time.
  21. Today same as last week v Hibs we played against a very physical side who kicked and pushed our players up and down the pitch with little or no protection from the Ref. Could this be a backlash to the criticism aimed at them by Jim Gannon during his tenure as 'Well boss ?
  22. Thought Ross Forbes made a big difference too , cracking substitutions from the wiley old fox.
  23. No real stand outs for me today thought of maybe Murph or Sutty for goals but just felt we looked a better side when Duke came on, more of an attacking threat. Gone for him as Craig Brown's name wasn't there
  24. What is this grass of which you speak ?
