Anyone think maybe the pitch could cause us problems ?

I'm not 100% sure but I thought consent had to be given for a frisk search, certainly in Airports and Prisons I've always been asked for permission to frisk me. Overall I agree with the points raised earlier, in the event of an incident the club can point to x y z measures put in place and lessen the impact much in the way the club have dealt with the pitch scenario they have to be seen to be pro active.

Its not been on yet but they have been trailing it so should be on soon

Can we have a new rule that no-one is allowed to quote the muppet that is Captain Sensible or indeed link to anything he posts anywhere ? Wouldn't it be great if everyone on P&B realised that if he posts his pish and gets no replies, maybe then he'll just dissapear into obscurity.

I don't hold sway with all the talk of fines and punishments, at every step of the way we have complied with the SPLs instructions and rules and be mindful that the pitch has never been deemed unplayable. Also Leeann instigated the communication with the authorities in this matter. The official line is that the improved undersoil heating (which is an SPL requirement) has been a major contributing factor as has the improved drainage, all of which was supervised by the SPL.

IMO This guy is the most arrogant and pedantic of them all. Don't expect a free flowing game he's Mr stop start and loves the sound of his own voice only slightly more thanthe sound of his whistle. Also the guy who sent Porter off against the accies in the cup

Don't know how many of you seen Craggs reactions at the end , he was clearly delighted with that result. Big Ruddy too clearly enjoying himself here.

I voted for Jennings I thought he put in a great shift and for me just shades it from Murphy I just think he's part of the reason for all the clean sheets of late. I was tempted to give the vote to Stevy Hammell , that guy must surely be one of the most underrated players of our time, week in week out he rarely puts a foot wrong and is always available for the out ball from defence.

I just wonder if perhaps Buzz will start on the bench he's shipped 10 in 3 games and playing against his former club.

Forbes apprantley came out of nowhere ! Given that his was a forward motion tells even the most incompetent of officials he was behind someone and so therefore could not physically have been offside, possibly the worst excuse for a cover up ever. Put you hands up Mr Gilmour you have been exposed as a Cheat and you are welcome to take me to court for slander as I am clearly and unambigously stating Mr John Gilmour the assistant referee is a CHEAT.

Careful there David is this really the place for a well thought out and reasoned opinion supporting players ? As I said in that thread who's name will be next ? Ruddy equally at fault for the goal if we want to get really pedantic and stupid you could argue that as Hammy and Reynolds are either side of Boyd could they not just have hauled him down and taken a red card for the team thus gving Ruddy an opportunity to save from the resultant penalty? Lets try supportin the team had we been offered a draw from this game pre match anyone of us would have been delighted.

Just watched the clip on the bbc several times and the flag isn't raised until well after the ball is in the net and the players turn to clelebrate, if it was offside (which it clearly wasn't) he shold have had the flag up as soon as he saw the offence. Would this be happening if it wasn't one or other of the old squirm or if it were not (alleged) rangers fan John Gilmour running the line ? EDIT Just wanted to applaud Craig Brown for his dignity when asked about the offside goal after the game, you could just tell he was hacked off but refused to get drawn into a slanging match about it.

He's definitely improving as a player every time I see him, still not the finished product but remember he's only a young boy playing senior professional football. He always looks commited and passionate and IMO will become a great player for us. Well done Ross you had a god game again yesterday keep it going.

I thought we looked far more solid without Coke in midfield tonight. Many people I've spoken to at the games would like Paw Broon to make his subbies a bit earlier, JOB looked dead on his feet, who knows if we had brought fresh legs on earlier maybe we could've prevented the equaliser.
