Yeah I agree to an extent. But to get the best out of people in any work, they need to enjoy working with you and for you. IF he doesn't have the respect of the players, then he will end up ostracising much of the group and it will be another Gannon !

Guy at work says he's heard the players aren't responding well to Bara's training methods and ideas. Don't know how true or reliable the info is, but would explain the apathy shown by some of our team . Hops to god it's not true or we are totally fecked

We need to face facts - St Mirren are beginning to find form and more importantly are gaining in confidence and grinding out results. We are in free fall with heavy defeats and a lack of commitment and desire. Unless Bara can find a way of getting the players to realise what's at stake and raise their game, I fear we are going down

Ideally we need to bring in some experienced pros who can replace our failures. They should hit the ground running and allow us to give a few of the young guys a chance , one or two at a time
