  1. Well done Craggs. Congratulations
  2. What trialist, what game, where, WTF?! Sorry just read it on the official site
  3. Watched the game from 5mins gone until half-tme and only noticed Buzz was playing when Nade clattered into him. If Romanov thinks Hearts don't need a striker he's nuts. Oh wait........
  4. Good luck Stevie. Good memories of McGarry from Flow's exploits in Austria, if not on the park. Keep it real
  5. Seven now for Rangers. Bye bye Houston?
  6. 6-1 Rangers, Boyd again
  7. Mcgarry on for Saunders. Goingfor it!!
  8. ''Motherwell's shape is spot-on'' . When did we last hear that line?
  9. Pitch inspection at 2pm tomorrow. Sorry if it's already been mentioned.
  10. Merry Xmas Steelmen onliners!
  11. Working on Saturday. I don't think we will get humped, but still predict a narrow loss. 1-0 Rangers with a late late winner no doubt
  12. What? You're missing Man U against the mighty Leeds. Funnily enough, I'm thinking of going down to Manchester for that game. Although travel and match costs might scupper my plans
  13. Certainly looks to me like Bamba won the ball, but looks like Jamie just goes down as part of the challenge. To be fair, big Bamba had some game for them.

    Hibernian

Jamie Murphy looked lively and made the most of the little attacking play we had.
  15. Davie Whiteford, my old PE teacher at Garrion Academy with his brother John. Ah the memories! Wish I had made the effort to see him on Sat at the book signing.
  16. Had to laugh at Brian Kerr saying he would be the midfield enforcer whilst Klimpl was out. Didn't see much of the Challenge Cup Final, but Kerr certainly started for Dundee and did the wee interview bit at HT. Also, Crags in the stand with his views on the first half! Certainly becoming more of a media man than a footballer these days.
  17. I remember Gannon commenting on his reasoning for this a while back. He reckons that he prefers to defend properly in the box, rather than have a player on either post. Also asked his defenders how often they ever had to clear a ball off the line when positioned at the post, and they said hardly ever!
  18. I thought it was Tom Boyd, but didn't want to make an arse of masel in case Fatcalf picked up on my error
  19. Good night guys, well done to all involved. Most of Speedie's quips were well received, but a few prepared ones fell on their arse( as well as Frazzle ).
  20. Think the logic is based on Cragg's interview on Alba. As mentioned, he basically said that Gannon was very intense and serious. He inferred that he preferred the more laid back approach of McGhee.
  21. Gannon definitely got the tactics right today. Two big guys up front and not afraid to play the long ball, mixed in with some decent possession. Thought Jutciewicz was immense against a very strong Hearts central defence. He's improving with every game. Saunders and Hutch were solid all game, and Hateley broke up any of Hearts attacks.
  22. Ok, so Hearts looked solid against Celtic, and created a few chances. But so did we v Celtic. I'm hoping for a reaction from Tuesday's game so 2-0 Well.
  23. Aye, you'll soon be found out. Give the linesman pelters and you will be ok
