The League Cup in any format is Our version of what the Europa cup is. I.E. No one bothers till the quarter finals. Starting a tournament in the middle of July is not going to help attract better crowds as most of Scotland is off on holiday.

Interesting. Out of these players I'd keep McManus,Hammel, Hall, McDonald and give Moore a chance. Lasley unfortunately has come to the end of his playing days but would like to see him in a coaching capacity.
