Aye but we need strikers for the Europa cup games and the 2 tough opening games v Hibs and Aberdeen. To quote some of the previous posts it's time to stop fannying about.

If we can sell Hutchie maybe could fund a package to keep Higdon and Faddy. He'll be a big loss mind you but makes sense. Needs must.

What is worrying is if we dont get at least 2 forwards on board asap. Hopefully Faddy and Higgy but if not SOMEONE. Then we'll be known as MOTHERWELL 0. This season. Cue the happy clappers!!!

Any one got an update on big Higgy. He's still not signed for Barnsley or anyone yet.

Yep delighted with the 2 signings so far. We'll have a bit of dig in our midfield next season.

Gers following workmate said Wylde was Cack and apparently he swans around Kirkintilloch in his big car like a ticket. He got punted from Bolton without hardly getting on the pitch for them. Let Aberdeen have him.

We are almost certainly losing all of the out of contract players. McCall's away on international duty while the exodus continues from the Ark. The worst case scenario is unfolding before us.

The way things are going with the player exodus i'd be taking my boots to europe just in case..

I think he'll be a Barnsley player in the next couple of days. Humphrey is off and i fully expect Tom Hately to follow. Higgy turned into a really good striker for us and i dont blame him for going south as he is English and he'll be earning more.

At Rugby park just after they won the league cup i remember he MURDERED us was by far the best player on the park that day. I think he'll be a good addition.

Not too bothered about Humphrey and Hately leaving. Both are technically not very good. Sure the Hump can run but jeeso how often did he dissapear in games especially away from home. He's actually only done well the last few weeks of the season. Hately also was a frustrating player who in some games was crap. Both easily replaceable in my opinion.

Very true the season after we won the cup. We were crap. It's just the way it is for all small clubs like us. We've had 3 cracking seasons and next season who knows. Im going to assume we'll have 5 players no manager and a hope that we can rise again.

I have to say Owen Coyle would be a good choice he does have extensive knowledge of English lower leagues and his enthusiasm would be what type of manager we'd be looking for. Having said that im still hopefull McCall stays.

Nae chance we'd bring back Gannon. I do think that we're gonna lose McCall and if we do. Terry Butcher for me. . He can bring Ritchie Foran with him if he wants. It is going to be all change at the Ark next season. We're just going to have to wait and see what develops.

Hollis and Kerr are crap. Im CERTAIN they'll both be a liability for us next season.

The boy Lawson from Ross County is a good midfielder. I watched him today he'll do a good job for us and has plenty 'dig' about him.

Was expecting to field a team today that wasn't our strongest 11. I think we'll get beat also. More concerned about who the feck will be with us next season.

Yes i think 6 players will be leaving this summer so it'll be a new Motherwell team for next season. The good news is we can and will always be able to bring a decent calibre of player to the Ark so let's hope we do so again. We need them in pretty soon too for the Europa qualifiers. I just have a felling that Higdon will stay too.
