I believe we'll sell Randolph and Murphy during the January window and offer deals to the other out of contract players of which i expect to see Law,Humphrey and Daley rejecting. We'll survive and move on.

Yep Higgy was fab today scored a cracking goal and his link up and holding the ball up was superb.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFULL!!! I've just read my pre match post about hiding behind the sofa. Well i ended up jumping up and down on it. An amazing result which really could've been a lot more. Marvellous performances from Law,Murphy and my old favourite Michael Higdon. . We went at them right from the start and blew them away. Great stuff.

We're on the telly we're crap they're playing really well and full of fight. It's a pumping. If Hutchie plays it'll be 1 or 2 goals is he doesn't and they get an early goal best hide behind the sofa!!

Was at Pittodrie for the 3-3 draw earlier in the season a cracking game but our form has PLUMMETTED since then. Think i'll give it a miss unless we start scoring again and big Hutchie has returned.

I've mentioned this before but what the feck goes on at our training during the week. We have players who cant cross the road. Defenders who couldn't keep weans out a close and a midfield who are 2 decent players short oh and there's the forwards. One goal in about 6 games. The only way we're going to get back on track is ROLL THE SLEEVES UP. Take responsibility and WORK on the MANY weaknesses that is in our team. The fans know it, Surely the players know it and if Stuart McCall doesn't have them working harder and giving 100% in EVERY game cos yes i dont think every player is and that is the managers fault. In short SHAPE UP OR FECK OFF!!!

Yep overweight unable to run,jump or control a ball. Cant shoot with either foot. But im sure he does help old dears across the road.

I think we can win this one. I've a feeling we'll need to come the end of the season.

I like Jamie Murphy he's direct can score goals and not afraid to take men on. Unfortunately not good enough for the Scotland team but im hoping he can get a wee run of goals now for the Well.

Have to say i fancy going to this one and hopefully it'll be a decent time on a saturday to allow a few more Well fans to go up there.

Higdon doesn't jump for high balls but uses his arms to shove opposing defenders off the ball. If he geniunely jumped alongside the opponent he wouldn't get penalised as much. His lack of mobility also causes him to foul oppnents. There's no refereeing vindetta against him as bending forward when a centre half is attempting to header clear shouldn't result in a foul. So in reallity HE'S the cause.

My vote goes to the Motherwell Fans who went to this game after the last 4 putrid performances. But well done to Jamie Murphy for his brace.

Delighted with this result and TOTALLY unexpected and Cummins having a decent game too by all accounts. Gives us a platform to build on in a league in which except Smeltic everyone including Dundee can take points off teams. So maybe at least we're 'back on the park' time and results will tell. Fab today all the same.

When i read the thread about Big Tel celebrating with the Caley fans it brings back happy memories of him celebrating with US when we beat Hearts in that never to be forgotten semi victory i wish we had just a wee bit of passion from our current manager who seems to just shrug his shoulders when we're shite and leave us fans kicking the dog and climbing the walls. It's not that we're getting pumped it's the MANNER in which we're getting pumped. . And it would be nice to give Celtic or Sevco a decent GAME also.

Yep stagnant and devoid of ideas sums it up for me. Usually Perth is an away game me and ma Mrs go to. But not this time. I'll probably not be back till after New Year. Not spending my hard earned on non trying prima donnas and a manager who doesn't seem all that bothered.

Lots of good points been made here especially from Milo. I've always thought our best central defence is Page and Hutchie with Hately at right back and Hammell left back. Get Carswell into midfield along with Law and Lasley and give McHugh and Ojamma more of a chance. Hopefully we can do some wheeling and dealing in January as we do have to look at the bigger picture. No point in bringing in players like Kerr and Cummins who frankly cant contribute much. We need to be more carefull with our loan signings. Im afraid this season is going to be quite poor as we're MILES away from being a decent team at the moment. McCall has to take responsibility for our demise as he made the signings and loaned Page out and feck knows what our 'strikers' do at training during the week as we've now gone SIX HOURS of football without a goal. Worrying times indeed.

The ref was pish but so were Motherwell. We didn't deserve anything from this game and we've made Griffiths look like Lionel Messi. . Now we know Kerr isn't a central defender or a right back either. We are shite this season.
