Yes get Forbes in for Humphries and go 4-4-2 with Higdon and McHugh up front.If we cant win on saturday then im afraid we're crap and in for a poor season. St.Johnstone who completely blew us away last sat got well gubbed by St.Mirren just after and if we play as bad this sat and get beat by the worst Aberdeen team in the last 20 years then i fear for us.

Yes a gutless showing today and i hope the players are ashamed and embarresed by that. Saints were determined and well organised but we made it easy for them and i only recall one save to make by their keeper.

Get Smith Page and McHugh in to see what they can do. If they dont get a game after that debacle today then it's time for them to move on. I dont see them at training during the week but if Higdon Nancy and Humpries are in on tuesday after their performance today then we are in bother.

I wasn't at the game on saturday but reading the comments from McCall sounds like big Hutchie could be out for a while.Im concerned this leaves us in dire straights in defence. Can we make an emergency loan signing outwith the window? Can Johnathon Page step up? Will Glancy be put in central defence even though he wasn't good enough to play there for Kilmarnock. A bit of a worry. Does anyone have an update on Hutchie?

As several posters on here have pointed out im either sugar or shite. . I felt like shite with our pathetic display on sunday but i'll be sugar if we win our next 2 games and candy floss toffee doughnut knickerbocker glory if Higdon scores in either game and starts to prove me wrong.

I just hope we give McHugh and Smith a runout up front cos if they aren't better than Higdon god help us.

Thats me watched big Higdon in 5 games home and away and apart from the odd flick on he really is ineffective for us up front. If he isn't continually caught offside he's continually fouling the defender in the jump for high balls. Any meagre amount of shots on goal he's had has been powderpuff. To say im dissapointed is an understatement. I thought he'd be a good player for us but with what i've seen so far he's CRAP!! There's no link up with Murphy or Humpries either and we really look pish up front. Two strikers are a MUST for us in the window or our season will go tits up relying on him getting goals for us.

Tactics all wrong. Should've played Forbes in the midfield instead of the pish Humphries and how many games is the big motionless lump Higdon going to get before he gets dropped. Burley summed it up perfectly when he said tippy tappy football but Rangers had the penetration. Jelavic wont win as many headers in a game up front for them all season. PISH!!!

I must be drunk but i honestly think we will win on sunday. Rangers are in total dissaray at the moment and we're flying so it's a long overdue win for us. Even more convinced we'll win cos of last season's shambolic showings against them.

Read today that the St Mirren manager Danny Lennon was actually feeling sorry for Motherwell with some of the ridiculous decisions and so called fouls given against us. It's refreshing to hear that from an honest guy and how right he is. Frankly Brines had it in for us on saturday. Surely we should allow refs to explain their decisions i'd love to hear how Big Hutchie got booked for a perfect ball winning tackle that actually didn't even touch the St.Mirren striker and how Higdon was penalised basically every time he contested every high ball. I've always thought he was one of our better refs but he really was poor on saturday with countless bad decisions. Thoughts folks?
