What's REALLY eating me up is the fact that Putalineoan was 100% corect when he said our arse would fall off or words to that effect in the St.Mirren game. .

The reason we lost yesterday is because our front line is pish. Sutton and O'Brian were crap again as they've been several times this season. Clarky tried hard as always but had no support and how a big guy like Sutton can hide so well is amazing as for O'Brian a 10 year old wean could mark him out a game. Reynolds attempted clearence for their 1st goal was ABYSMAL and he'll NEVER be a decent central defender in my opinion he's simply not strong enough. Rant and season OVER! .

Yes a busy pre-season for MM and his plans for next season must start NOW. Personally i dont want to see him in the dugout again this season as he's off to eye up possible new signings for next season. I'm sure Ayelik the boy from Birminham (what the fecks the point of bringing a left sided midfielder on loan only to discover he's not good enough) will be off. Bob Malcolm (another waste of space and i dont think he gave us 100%) will be off. Hughes unfotunately will be off to the Championship.Graeme Smith will be off to a 'BIGGER' club where i believe he'll be found out and play reserve football. I'd also show the door to McGarryand Fitzpatrick to let them play in our 1st div with the likes of Partick Thistle. People like O'Brian and Sutton i'd give them to xmas to get their fingers out and if anyone wants to bid 750g's for Mark Reynolds i'll personally drive him to their club. . So hopefully big changes during the summer with a central defender 2 midfielders and 2 strikers required to get us back on track.I'd use some money 'if' we sell Reynolds i'd like to see us go for the boy Haining from St.Mirren whose a FAR better central defender and would be in the 250grand bracket so we'd make a profit too. You know it makes sense. .

My season ticket went hurling into the bin faster than Andy Dornan's 30 yarder yesteday. No point in going to 2 0r 3 'pre-season' friendlies on a midden of a pitch. Looking forward to see who we sign for next season's campaign.As for this season im on the beach. .

Yes i believe MM was too hasty letting Grehan go and bringing Sutton in. Surely Grehan MUST be faster and gets involved more. .

We've had a slightly below average season this time around and now it's time for MM to REALLY earn his inflated salary with what muat be a pre-season spiral of wheeling and dealing,getting shot of the Deadwood at the Ark possibly punting 1 or 2 of our saleable 'assets'. If anyone wants to bid 750000g's for Mark Reynolds i'll personally drive him to any destination while our chairman is biting the hand off the other chairman who sanctions the deal before he sobers up. .

Interesting that neither Lappin nor Paterson featured yesterday. I would have them both back for next season. Over to you MM. .

Yes 5 'pre-season' friendlies against the dross doesn't float my boat at all and our record in these type of games is pants also. If we get into the top 6 there's another potential eufa cup 4th place up for grabs and another potential 'helicopter sunday' . The crowds will be vastly different for both scenarios. .

Of course it's cracking idea a big noisy crowd will lift the players but as i've stated in other threads every MUST win game this season we've been CRAP. Saturday would be a FAB day to end our TV hoodo. My heart says YES we can do it. My head says 1-1 and bottom 6. Unfortunately my head wins this time. With the quality of players we've lost this season we just cant raise our game for these type of matchies. I'd LOVE to be wrong and will be JUBILANT to come on and rave about a great 3pts and a possible crack at Europe again.

I just dont feel good about this game at all. A big crowd live telly and St.Mirren it's a 1-1 draw for me as we've been PISH in every so called MUST win game this season. If im wrong i'll be DELIGHTED to come on and say so. The fact that they're still not completely safe will spur them on. We're powderpuff up front and wont get more than one goal. Bottom 6 im afraid.

Im unlikely to renew my season as i feel we need to improve our performances. It's only an excellent unbeaten run that has got us away from danger but overall this season has been a dissapointment for me.

Not going to have a big rant about this game but what the FECK was Krimpl trying to do that's one of the WORST things i've ever seen from a pofessional player. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER KRIMPL! End of mini rant. .

Have to say the pitch has played a bit part in gash games at the Ark this season plus as i've stated on other threads we're not playing anywhere near last season's standard. Understandable when you cosider the calibre of players we've lost in Porter. MacCormack and Lappin. The standard in Scotland in general is pants cos even a 'half' decent player can get more money in the English 2nd Div i.e. Foran Southend. Also the day the Old Squrm leave Scottish football will be a day i CELEBRATE.! .

What a pity that Stadium would've looked the part at Ravenscraig. Oh well i'll keep dreaming. .

I've no doubt whatsoever that Hughes and Smith will leave in the summer along with Malcolm. I;d also like to see Sutton,McGarry and Fitzpatrick leave too. We need a SERIOUS shakeup for next season as some of the football this season has been gumf. We're safe from relegation no doubts about that but im cringing already about the 'meaningless' 5 games in the bottom 6. Im afraid our chance of top 6 has gone and i honestly believe we're 2 strikers and 2 midfielders away from another crack at Europe. I just hope that in the close season MM has his mind fully focused on the rebuilding and not spending time wondering whether to leave or not.

Have to disagree mate Craigan. Fitzpatrick and Quinn are all worse passers of a ball. .

Yes a dissapointing crowd i have to say. Most of my Well supporting mates were't there because of A. the state of the pitch. B. The performances at Killie and St.Mirren. C. We can all see we're powderpuff up front. I went as always but correctly predicted a draw. We've failed to beat a pish Kilmarnock and Aberdeen team in 3 attempts each this season which says it all really.

Actually Jim O'Brian who did ok yesterday was right side of mid 1st half when he scored and linked up well with Quinn. He switched in the 2nd half to left side. Have to say he's starting to look a player but thought McLean was solid in defence too so what do we do when Craigan comes back do we switch McLean to right back and push Quinn forward? Didn't work at Kilmarnock and i dont think Quinn's a good enough passer of the ball to be effective in midfield. I just feel that Reynolds at left mid would give us good balance linking up with Hammell who's came onto a good game now also and hopefully can start giving Naismith competition for Scotland.

Smashing performance from Brian McLean yesterday dont you think and alongside Craigan in central defence looks sound to me and have to say Mark Reynolds did well too as did Hammell who are both LEFT footed. One at left back one left side of midfield. I've read in the papers that MM's boys read this forum. (hope you guys post as well) tell your dad that he did the right thing putting Krimpl in midfield and could he PLEASE do the same with Reynolds. .

Sorry folks but i just dont buy this the sun cant get through gumf. Most stadiums that have big stands are the same .Our pich is AWFULL and MUST be fixed for next season.

Im a wee bit head and heart over this one too as ORANGE COUNTY DOSSER so elequently puts it. .My head says remember he never tried a feckin leg for us after he signed a pre season with the tattie munchers and was so pish he got dropped. My heart says it would be great to have him back as we SERIOUSLY need a left sided midfielder and a 2 year deal would benefit us and him. Could never see me chanting ONE STEVEN PEARSON mind you. My heart as always with Motherwell wins. .

I thought we did ok yesterday and deserved to win but our lack of firepower is all too obvious. Clarky needs someone alongside him to play off and neither Sutton whose been a big dissapointment for me this season or Siilyname. . Is the answer. I'll be delighted and astonished if we make the top 6 now as i feel our chance is almost gone as we've failed to deliver in EVERY crunch game this season. .
