aye, i'm a motherwell boy and obviously i've got a sentimental affection for it, but it is a total shitehole. In an ideal world I'd want the south stand demolished and have the land replaced with 7 a side pitches a sports bar and other money making facilities. As well as the demolition and total overhaul of the east and main stands. We don't need a 4th stand in this day and age and 3 modern and updated stands would be enough.
