as far as I'm aware, the stewards and club act based on the recommendations (instructions?) of the match commander. According to the club this is why there are descrepencies in the way the stewards act sometimes. The common factor seems to be different Match Commanders. If the club and the stewards are not seen to be complying with police recommendations, then surely that will hamper our chances of getting a safety certificate for the stands?

for me, it had nothing to do with his needless yellow. It was his general poor play that I think he displayed. he gave the ball away on a number of occasions and got caught napping, just like our other full back. Poor show from our defence in general today. McLean didn't have the best of games and Craigan nearly got caught out big time, so for me it's not just about Paul Quinn, it was about the defence in general.

i think Quinn was rubbish today, way-way below par. As was Clarkson IMO. Think the two of them have come on leaps and bounds the last couple of years, but today they were back to the way they were. Our defence in general was at 6's and 7's today. The amount of times we got caught out was ridiculous.
