  1. Given Hibs are having to chase the ball, subs of Slatts, Said and Longelo are handy for when Hibs are tiring.
  2. Thus far a pretty precise and polished performance, given the changes.
  3. ...Unless its a pen Looked outside though, so prob Red
  4. Think the furore around Livi non pen may have helped us there. Goooaaaal Maswanhise
  5. Maybe he means needs rested to avoid burnout at the business end
  6. Can get the PPV here: https://live.motherwellfc.co.uk/
  7. 2-1 Needless chop by Longelo when he could have just crossed it. Killie break and score
  8. Imagine a Said x Maswanhise hybrid 😅
  9. I'm a relatively short trip up the road for this. Kettlewell appears to be at the start of one of his winless runs and a bit of unrest from the Killie fans just now, so if we manage to do our keep-ball, we'll no doubt have home fans booing again. Reckon we'll be 'managing the load' for Just in this one. Slattery should be full fitness and firing.
  10. Dare I say it, Osong had a couple of decunt bits of hold up play in his limited time, also looks to have shifted some timber.
  11. Meh Pretty uninspiring Lack of zip up front again
  12. Yaasss Tremendous quick corner by Slatts 1-1
  13. Aye St Mirren to take something v Hibs would be goos as well
  14. I see the Udinese manager has come out and basically said Lennon Miller isn't ready for the first team
  15. The problem is its an uphill task and the whole event is weighted against St Mirren. From Celtic having their own end and dressing room at an apparently neutral statium. You will probably also see comments in the press from Celtic spokespersons about St Mirren's approach in the lead up, trying to put the refs under pressure. Maybe less so now Rodgers is away, but its all in the play-book. We've seen this all first hand against us.
  16. I don't really envy a 4th consecutive cup final v Celtic tbh. St Mirren likely on a hiding to nothing. 1/5 of the stadium Their players will no doubt be be getting immediate bookings while Maeda runs around carte-blanche fouling as usual
  17. Don't think we should get carried away about Sat, for all it was a horrific performance, it was also the perfect storm for St Mirren. Aberdeen very hit and miss recently. Slattery has to start as his dynamism and movement gives us far more attacking threat. We need a bit more zip with the ball, on Sat we were in danger of passing around the back 4 for passing's sake. Need to get back to the brief of brave, progressive play.
