If Aldred is fit he's got to be in there. If we're going back 3 Kipre/Hartley/Aldred would be what I would look to. Happy with Main and Cifci up top and play Tanner in behind. Main certainly seems to give the team more legs. Against Accies he was all over the pitch. Defending our box one min, the next charging up front. Seems a decent out ball, as well as being able to hit the net.

Disappointing the striker fell through. Main seems to be able to hit the net, Ciftci should hopefully come on to a game and Bowman done well early part of season. So would be good to get supply back fit(Cadden and Frear). Would all allow Tanner to play the 'Trequartista' role again. Not overly concerned, as keeper and back line, on paper anyway,looks good enough.

Celtic are entitled to offer what they like, but theyv'e just paid £1m to loan a Chelsea reserve and are apparently looking for £30m for Dembele, who has been out of favour. Supply and demand. We'll have our price, but he's a key asset and in this case its a seller's market for us for once. Particularly given we've already generated a fair bit of transfer revenue recently. I'd imagine they'd have to offer at least 3x to get near an agreement.

Was going to post pretty much exactly the same thing. The flaw in the winter break is that obviously you cant know when the snowy/cold snap will come. I think this has come anywhere between Jan and Mar in the past few years. Looking forward to Sat, assuming surrounding area/transport is ok.

Ciftci undoubtably has quality, but again the goal drought is a bit concerning. That said, I don't know the circumstances of how he's been plaing, formation etc during that period. He didnt really get a look-in at Celtic and no idea about him down south. You'd like to think being deployed with Tanner, who can create and pick a pass/through-ball and Frear/Tait's delivery from wide areas, it just might come off.

I thought it was fairly common knowledge Murphy was from Knightswoood and grew up a Rangers fan - Even from when he was with us. Can completely understand the move given that plus family nearby, wages etc.

Under Baraclough there were no Hearts, Hibs or Rangers in the league. Personally if we avoid the play-offs with a few games to go, It'll have been an ok season. Safety, a cup final and a wad of cash. If you'd have said that at the start of the season I'd imagine a lot of people would have settled for it. Can't really expect to fully turn around a team in 1 season. Hopefully with the winterbreak we get a chance to re-group and push on. It'll maybe be another team's turn to go on a dire run soon.
