  1. Don't think there's a limit on cross-border loans.
  2. Motherwell FC @MotherwellFC 28s We're still working on players folks - we're hoping to get a few more over the line before the deadline. We'll confirm asap!
  3. Got a work project this weekens, so wont make it. It'll have to be BBC updates. Reckon we could get something from this though. ... Eternal optimist
  4. From the radio sounded like good performances from Moore when he camr on. So getting a bit of depth hopefully, what with Pearson here now and a few other of the young uns kicking on.
  5. ... On the bright side. Dundee 2-1 at St Mirren
  6. Thomson just gave a goal and linesman over-ruled.
  7. 8/1 so stuck it on. We've got to win at some point, right?
  8. FFS. Schoolboy stuff. Tempted just to switch this off now.

  10. My tuppence worth... One thing that I have been screaming this season is "stop the cross". We will shadow/track a player down the line or whatever, but step off about ten yards and allow the cross. We need to get much tighter. Which leads me to... backing off. Any time the opposition attack, we back off and back off, which then leads to a shot/cross/final ball (see above). Inviting pressure has been a theme this season. Players contesting the same ball. A few times in the highlights there are 3 players chasing the same man/ball, with Lasley particularly headless in one instance. Movement. We need to pass and move. At the moment its just pass - if we're lucky. The much maligned Josh Law is one of the few who provides this. We need to have a dig on goal more often.
  11. Vigurs seemed to have a fair limp on him when he was going to/from his seat in the main stand
  12. Also, have to say some of the songs the bois were singing were inspired. I was sitting fnarring alot of the game. The Wealdstone Raider stuff and the Ainsworth/Lion sleeps tonight stuff was genius. Liking twist and shout as well. Sure I have heard that somewhere else recently. Possibly Hamburg? Edit: It was West Ham when I was at Upton Park.
  13. We were very comfortable in possession, Same old problem of penetration and final ball though. He wasnt afraid to change it and made sensible subs. Only shot on targat was goal I think, but we largely controlled 2nd half, which was to be expected. Obviously way to early to judge Baraclough, but made sensible subs/alterations and seemed to have some organisation.
  14. 3 pts, thats all that matters. Decent goal. Ball retention was good, if very frustating at 0-0. Josh Law played well again. Baraclough not afraid to switch it and make subs it would seem.
  15. Feeling a bit more positive. Away for a pint then off to game, then for a few in Paisley with a mate. In stupid football parlance, I think this may be a case of whoever scores most...
  16. Was fairly confident about this game and I like Baraclough's positivity and outlook, but I now have the absolute fear about this game. May change my mind again before KO though. Could do with flying out of the traps, not sure if we can though.
  17. Sportsound just had a fairly lengthy interview with Les Hutchinson there. Sounds promising.
