  1. Would agree with that. When I was at Knowetop/Dalziel the majority folk supported Motherwell. Edit: or at least went to the games no matter who they say they support now.
  2. Born in Paisley and lived in Renfrew until I was 1. Then moved to Motherwell where I stayed until halfway through 3rd year @ Dalziel(1993 I think so about 14 yrs old)then moved to Kilmarnock. Have been dotted around Glasgow since 2006.

Just said on radio McFadden Celtic deal is done.
  4. Cheers, this one working fine.
  5. That not the mob who pumped Dundee Utd out of europe? (Slask Wroclaw).
  6. Just be thankful that we've been taught our lesson and got through it. If others want to ignore the warnings and take the gamble that's up to them.
  7. The left hand side love triangle of hammell, law and murphy doing heavy damage. Brilliant.
  8. Aye and the green hoody... Humphrey's not that bad
  9. Aye, if we play like that next week we will pump inverness rotten. Law is a class apart, always lets the ball run across him to open up the pitch. Murphy is being used at his best. Dropping deep, picking the ball up and running at them... Willie collum is a clown. I hope the "i didnt see it so cant give it" cop-out doesnt become a formality next season.
  10. Out in paisley just now but cant see it being too messy so will prob make it tomorrow. Quite looking forward to it, especially if the leeds fans turn up in numbers. Few decent players Becchio, gradel etc
  11. Aye, Fowler signed for some thai mob.
  12. The jobsworth steward was a mid forties midden who needed a ride...ahem, apparently... Law looks a good signing. Vision and likes the ball on the deck. Mchugh rattled his goal home to be fair. Forbes-i know this will be controversial- passing is quality, played a xavi-esque pass to murphy first half(as did law) but again could do with a session in the gym.
  13. Anyone else think he has quite a resemblance to Jamie Murphy?
  14. The bridges down the Clyde, underpass at Dalziel Arms, a few in pub toilets in Glasgow as well I think lol.
  15. There is a swiss club that played in the c/l with a synthetic pitch too, Young boys maybe? Spurs played them last year. Would probably be a good idea for the game to be slowed down too...
  16. Is it not something to do with administration and what credit checks pull up? Im sure I saw there was something strange about Motherwell's credit rating. Ie it couldnt be calulated or something.
  17. The Forbes situation actually reminds me of Charlie Adam with Rangers. He undoubtably has talent in his left foot which we have all seen in his long passing and set-pieces. There are just questions at the moment around certain areas. If they can be adressed and we can find a way to get the best out of him we could have quite a player.
  18. I think alot of the atmosphere could go down to nerves as well. I was singing and backing the team but did spend a fair bit of the game biting my nails as well because there was silverware at stake. I felt a bit of relief when celtic scored. Put me out of my misery a bit as it was coming a mile off. May sound silly but don't think the weather helped. Certainly tool the shine off things and dampened the atomsphere- literally.
  19. Scottish cup "vice-winners" lol.
  20. Have to admit the occasion hit me when the pipers went past. Had a wee tear in the corner of my eye lol.
