You see, thats a strange one. If Sutton was in an offside position when the Motherwell player first played it, he was offside regardless if it hit a Killer player en-route or not. Unless you are using the "phase 2" argument etc. The Kyle one was just the linesman being pedantic and only raising his flag when Kyle became active.

Completely agree with you mate. Was going to mention Celtic as well, but Rangers have been investigated warned about their conduct before (like us with the pitch) whereas Celtic haven't (I don't think anyway) so thought they were a better example.

No surprise that I hope we absolutely destroy them. I did feel sorry for them for a while when the threat of relegation was large... but that has gone now they are getting cocky again after a few wins.

I've said this a few times... but if we do get hit with sanctions then every single one of us should write to the authorities and ask why the issue of sectarianism has been swept under the carpet, despite it happening every single week. They will say that the club (Rangers) are doing their best to deal with it... but the very same could be said about Motherwell and the pitch. ... Rant over.

Albeit the pitch is a mess... I find it ridiculous that the pitch is being investigated if Ref's are deeming it playable.

Surely Motherwell have some spare land somewhere... Can we not just grow turf throught the summer etc, then when the pitch gets minging, replace it with the homegrown turf? Get an allotment down the Duchy or somethin?

Tackle on O'Brien was right in front of where I was. Miller went in hard to say the least. Thought the ref would pull out 2 yellows at the time. The Benji incident was funny. Though Humphrey did ok when he came on (again)... he was unfortunate a few times as the ball bobbled when he was clear of the defender and about to cross. Stack's time-wasting was ridiculous. Ruddy used the ref's leniency in that regard to our advantage when we went one up.

You would hope so... Brown has previously been a scout for Fulham, Derby and Preston I think.

They will have to follow up any complaint received. We are quite entiltled to complain about Rangers' fans to Rangers/SFA/SPL or even to Motherwell to take up.

As I pointed out on another board... it is a complete fallacy the argument that we are used to the pitch and its an unfair advantage etc. Before last night we had only played on it against St Mirren and Hamilton. Also the argument that we are used to the "randomness" of the pitch is a complete contradiction in terms. It is a mess, but is exactly the same for both teams.

... Should Rangers be deducted points as a result of their fans' continued sectarian behaviour. Despite numerous warnings and sanctions this behaviour still continues. Wasn't at the game yesterday purely down to finances. The fact it was on tv was just a bonus. If I can justify spending the cash I'll go to the game. The product on the pitch, even though it leaves me exasperated at times (SPL in general), isnt really an issue with me in terms of going to games. I would rather watch Motherwell in a terrible game than watch Man U v Man City etc. I do think that the pricing structure has to be looked at. Its better to half 10,000 paying £5 than 5000 paying a £10, would also give the team a lift.
