I thought lasley should of retired last season really not effective any more! McManus is an absolute bomb scare at the back between him and Ripley we have conceded most of our goals! Hall looks like an old player out there (in a good way) never seen him look worried always does the right thing keeps it simple think a lack of pace will hold is career back but think his floor is Stephen Craigan! Hope Thomas and Cadden and Moore watt can come through next year but we will see

Poor performance from both sides bit sorry for baraclough very similar to the United game but had pearo. Defence looked good grimshaw and charmers good if unspectacular Kennedy looked good, pearo good energy. Lasley is well past his best as has been said 2nd to everything and just kicks people lucky not to be sent off today. Johnson looks so short of confidence. And not a fan of ripely very unathletic. Ref had a bizarre game never blew is whistle for first half hour. Good win and glad we got to ten points

Would have lost some games by double figures without Dan not world class can certainly upgrade but its the midfield and defence that has been letting us down IMO Hutton def made it down south Villa only dropped him since he had something in his contract if he played more games he got a pay rise then was shipped out to Majorca. Very positive window i think just wish we could clear out the dead wood like ramsden sutton and Mchugh so we could get more in but that is just fantasy land!

Might be a good keeper never heard of him but doesnt make sense to try and replace our player of the season when we need CM a wide player (atleast one) and a half decent striker Strange!

Another good show and very interesting! I was obviously disappointed that not one of my questions was asked but understand time pressures. However I still didn't get a sense of what the society actually want to do bar owning the club for the "community". No answers on what the direction of the club will be going forward (Developing players buying undervalued English players etc) no answers on lowering ticket prices or safe standing or even promotion. No answers on what SPL level decisions were wanted from the society i.e fairer distribution bigger league? And most importantly whether if I signed up as a member I would have any say in this at all through voting or would i just be voting on board members? Seems to be that the Society is a way to make fans pay twice for the club. Since all money (basically) raised by the clubs is our money from tickets merchandise etc now we are being asked to pay a tenner a month for basically nothing at all. I know hearts fans have been mentioned a couple of times and I don't know the current situation but first time the club went to the fans people took out credit cards and went into debt to basically pay footballers wages madness. I just want to know in a nut shell are we double paying for the status quo and it still feels as if we are!

Our support as always been quite reactionary (we all have our moments) but mcall done a great jib, he was my choice at the time, but if he wants the more money and a higher profile for less pressure then fair play to him and I wont worry about my team he has done a wonderful job and I think he is fed up with the restraints and he cant do much more at this club! I would be happy with shields developed young players played nice football and always stood up for killie very unfairly sacked! Didn't do well at Morton but they were a mess we're not!

I felt at the game on Saturday that this team has lost its identity under Mcghee Gannon and then Mcall we played nice passing football that i felt had been taken into the DNA of the club. However it was dire long ball to sutton (who cant play as a target man!) The only player we have produced in a few years is Carswell (who we missed) I feel if Mcall and the club had come out and say that we were bringing through our talent and play nice football but it may mean results suffer (we still wont go down) everyone would have been on board. McHugh and Erwin did well when the came on Saturday. If Mcall doesn't want go down that route thats fine he should be asked to leave. The last 3-5 years has been as good as we will ever have it (bar maybe a cup win) and we still losing money so the business model that the club has is not going to work and if we look at Hamilton or Dundee United we could develop our own players sell some on and keep some and build that way.

As far as i know the dont we buy replicas and the official tops are more expensive with better designs and some fancy feature but could be wrong

Would be suprised (but pleased) if Lasley could play up to the level of last season over a full season! So lawson can easily sit in there and can also replace carswell if he is off form! Decent signing and over the long term will be a regular well player for me! The only critisism you can make of the signing policies is the have not replaced like for like from last season but due to the quality of Law ojaama and Humprey in particular this would be very difficult!

Agree i think we are going in the right direction no were near perfect. The abuse hollis got before anyone had seen him play was a disgrace and if you compare him to Steve woods he is world class! I think it is what often happen we have had the best 4-5 years since i have been a fan and prob for longer than that and we will prob going back to being 6-7th in the league!

Yeah miles away from the scotland team I would only have him in on past form shame he might not make his 50 caps! Looks so out of position on the right wing and so slow when he beats a man he cant get away from them gros bossed him all game since he is quick and strong! Showed a couple of moments he needs to play further forward to actually trouble the goal once he gets a yard of space! As for the team thought we played well in patches and took our chances a draw prob be fair but we will lose some games we deserve later in the season! We have began to look like a bit of a long ball team with sutton flicking the ball on to Anier who as been a wonderful signing for this to work we need more players bombing on past sutton and Ainsworth looked quick when he came on! Kilmarnock played a really high line today and that made it difficult for us due to lack of pace but def think that this team is slowly coming together carswell energy looking good in the middle still not sure what vigurs does in a game but we will get there i think

Derby Game against Hamilton would be exciting! Although my GF from Dumfries so a wee trip to QOS would be decent draw for me personally!

No he is still at celtic. Think he would add pace and width to the team def be a good signing and we should be trying to bring him in on loan if we can afford it! Although he couldn't play against celtic he could play in all the other games and there the important ones

Hearts to Coventry out of the frying pan into the fire lol. Coventry players will be on higher wages than we can afford! Prob have to be a random young foreign player for us to afford them. From what the club says

My first post Was mainly about tactics included my opinion that Ramsden looks like he started at centre half and moved wide! Remember that is my opinion and it all able to disagree with it if u wish! As I am 26 I never saw them play so have no opinion on them! For me there may need to be tactical changes to get the best out of the team, if there are no more signings and one of them is a narrow midfield which puts more attacking pressure on full backs! Ramsden would struggle with this and since mcall has played Kerr as a winger in two games this season must see him as an attacking threat so he may be better in the system! If you guys have any other tactical ideas would love to hear them! Of u want to sit behind keyboards typing insults keep them to yourself

I was trying to have a half decent discussion on tactics but if you guys are so clueless as to not understand basic tactics i will leave it! Thanks no i am not one of the morons that sit in the east stand and think football is about getting drunk and shouting loudly but you guys enjoy your banter! I will again say i never said Ramsden was clueless all i was wondering if anyone thought a 4-1-2-1-2 would get more out of the current team Mcalls tactics spot on last two seasons and his interesting move to 3 at the back in pre season was interesting! Ramsden cant play as a wing back simples

won't bother bringing tactics to this board again if no one has any tactical nous! hateley used to say he was a midfielder even though his best postion was right back!For the 3rd time Ramsden is not good enough going forward to be the only one giving width in a 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1 wwith wingers he is fine not great but fine! In a 4-1-2-1-2 he would not be gd enough and and I think it would be an interesting way to go since we don't have any traditional wingers

they all say he is "capable" of playing there (lasley used to play right midfield would anyone play him there now?) I said and one of them even agrees with me he isn't great going forward and that was in a far worse league when he was younger! Does anyone think he can play full back with a diamond (is narrow) midfield that's all I was saying the team isn't balanced due too the lack of wingers and the ambundance of midfielders so a narrow midfield might be the answer!

he is quite clearly a centre half filling in not good going forward and gets pulled out of position weak link at the back! he is ok there for what we can afford especially when not needed to go forward but in a diamond mid the fullbacks have to provide width so ramsden couldn't do that simple!

Amazing that we are arguing over two OK keepers who are no better than each other. Neither are Ruddy or Randolph but nor are they steve woods! The part of the team is Striker for me if MCall wants to play 4-2-3-1 (which he looks like he does) then Faddy should be the 1 in behind with ZFA and Viguers playing "wide" and Anier or Mchugh on there own. Since Sutton cant play on his own he is a finisher not a footballer! If we want to play 2 up we could play faddy and sutton with a Diamon of Lawson Viguers Lasley and Carswell and Kerr would need to play Right back since Ramsden is not a Right back!

SImply money. Heard alot about the money going into the game over there and think it would be a good way to promote yourself into the german league! I would leave if i was an SPL player to go abroad more sensible than douth south!

There is no reason why we cant push through the god points like play offs one league body and voting rights being fair and democratic! Its only this shower that run our clubs cant see the wood from the trees! Sad that our club didnt ask the fans and vote the way they wanted (No) Stewart milne comes across as an idiot the way he runs aberdeen i wouldnt tryst him! He cant be annoyed since this is his own doing he turned down the chance to change the voting structure and that very same structure has ment this is gone by the wind! And why on earth does anyone want 4 old firm games? Dont they realise the simple supply and demand model the rarer something is the more you can charge for it! We need to use the money of the old firm generate to create a fairer league look at US sports! Bigger league and fair distrabution (each club getting the same) is the only way forward!

Totally agree with this and the way to pay for it is to split all european money that comes into scotland between all 20 top teams Celtic would lose out so they may not be able to have 2 full teams but oh well! The thing that chairman forget is we already have one of the highest attendances by capita of any nation there isnt 1,000 of people who will come watch these clubs! Well get between 5,000-6,000 and always will look at the vote here you could have a team of two and play home and away 80 times and we prob have the same! Similar with most sides especially while rangers and celtic exist!

I would assume someone ar hearts linked in with someone at pool just think we could do that to get in 1 or 2 bodies! However we couldn't realistically finish higher than we have last few years! I would just like to see 1 or 2 future stars at fir park even for 6 months
