By our standards & considering where we were at the start of the seaon we've had a great season. Hearts by their standards have had a shite seaon. So if we miss out on Europe after a great seaon & pishy Hearts make it after a shite season i will be so pissed off. To play pish all year just sneak into the top six then pip us for Europe would be the ultimate in fucked up scenarios.

Inverness have to be at home first game to unfurl the Division One flag. Much better to be travelling away to newly promoted teams a few weeks into the season when their confidence is low coz they've had a few humpings as opposed to first game of the season when the place is buzzing and the team is full of confidence.

I like Cardiff City's new stadium. It holds 26,000 so a smaller version of that would do me fine.

What odds do you reckon i'd get at the bookies for betting that our first game next season will be away to Inverness? I'd be willing to bet my mortgage on it coz we always get the tie no one else wants. SPL w*@#ers

Lot of doom and gloom around & while the manner of this defeat is annoying its Celtic ffs doesn't matter how badly they are playing chances are we are going 2 get beat at Parkhead. Like it or not Motherwell is one of the diddy teams and their whole purpose is to bring on young players for bigger teams to sign. Totally sucks but it's the nature of the beast and we are all still proud to support them anyway. We have punched above our weight in a season where we were just hoping to at least finish 11th. So let's enjoy the last few games and see where we end up even if we finish 6th its a damn sight better than being down the bottom fighting relegation. Lot of people voting Reynolds does that mean Celtic will put in a bid for him in the summer seeing as their back four are total mince. And no even that nice lamb mince you get just plain old boiled beef mince.

Said it elsewhere on here chances are we will be heading into the split just 4 points ahead of Hearts & on the back of a 3 game losing streak. Make no mistake the rest of the season is now a battle between us & Hearts for 5th which i believe will be good enough for Europe. Whichever way it goes hats off to the players for a fantastic achievement this season but if we miss out on Europe to a pish poor Hearts team i'll be gutted.

Dunno why people are worried about Hibs results coz if the last two performances are anything to go by then our challenge for the rest of the season is to hold onto 5th. It's more than likely we will head into the split just 4 points ahead of Hearts & be on the back a 3 game losing streak. Doesn't exactly fill you with confidence. and as for all this shite about Fraser it doesn't matter if he's good, bad or indifferent it's what we've got so get behind the lad ffs

I predicted 3-0 but in Well's favour Very poor result against ten men & it looks like the week off may have taken a bit of that match sharpness away. Don't think we have to worry about who gets to the cup final coz i reackon we will finish above Hibs & qualify as at least 4th. Wether or not we get 3rd will come down to post split fixture list.

For me when the split happens Well, Utd & Hibs will still be really close with Utd probably just in 3rd by a baw hair. Who finishes 3rd could all depend on the post split fixture list. Knowing our luck we'll get drawn away to both Utd & Hibs giving them both an advantage in the race for 3rd & 4th place.

Believe in his interview he says he'll be happy to stay if the circumstances are right which obviously includes if the moneys right. Hope he's not looking for much & is happy enough at the club that money is not the only deciding factor.

No doubting Ruddy's talent but is he playing in the shop window for a contract/move to a club for first team football. Maybe with the security of a 2-3 yr contract his form might dip as he doesn't have the pressure to perform. I doubt it very much but stranger things have happened.

Predicted a 0-0 bore in the first page of this thread coz we are always pish at St. Mirren. Considering the performance a good result but stuffs us up if Hibs & Utd win their game in hand. The sooner St.Mirren get relegated the better would save us an average of 6 points a season.

Does that mean off to Airdrie again for the home games? Major improvement needed on our pitch for UEFA to allow Euro games on it.

Massive game as 3 points will put us level with Hibs but i think its got 0-0 written all over it. St.Mirren are rank rotten & we always play pish there so i fear a 0-0. And why do we have to play Saturday Tuesday Saturday and our rivals Hibs & Utd don't? Bit unfair that IMO

This statement implies that this tosser considers Kilmarnock & Falkirk to be better than Motherwell seeing as he doesn't mention them in the clubs that he considers to be pish. And of all the teams he mentions why does he pick Motherwell who are comfortably 5th as the team that would finish 8th & be happy. Can't remember the last time we finished as low as 8th. Nothing wrong with his general statement as much of it makes sense but he clearly has no knowledge of Motherwell's form over the last few seasons as we would not be happy to finish 8th.

As stated by others this will be one of our hardest games this year & so will the next game against St.Mirren coz lets be honest we always play pish their. Think our good run will grind to a halt with these two games. Hope im wrong though.
