  1. Aye ma mate who sells the pies said there were afew quite ragin after waiting 20 minutes then getting told to go home. Hehe
  2. Cheers mate. Maybe wangle some work experience in some exotic place fae shallow dave! wink wink Oh and it's 90p now!
  3. Aye n theyll get to sell at least the same amount of pies again. So a wee bonus actually.
  4. I'm on that same course. Plenty to look forward to by the sounds of it then! hahah
  5. It seems with away fans, you can half the price and get at least double the attendance. A lot moreso than with home fans anyway.
  6. See the 'that isnae the time for fitba' shite. A pile of complete shite. They do something different and get attacked for changing tradition Well tradition now is shite football with pish crowds in the freezin cauld. Dont ye dare change it!
  7. See tbh, I see more people on here parodying this supposed adoration of Murphy than people actually praising him! But aye, he's no very good thenow.
  8. Aye cos the weather in the evening is worse than in the day. What problems would have been solved by playing on a Saturday?? That was the biggest crowd and best atmosphere ive seen at fir park in ages, a lot more than previous occasions where we've done price reductions and incentives. So we can't at all blame tonights failures on the day of the week.
  9. Not think of phoning them up yourself?
  10. BBC website says it'll be clear with light winds. yay
  11. Was unimpressed by the pictures, but on seein it lit up n that, i think itll grow on people. Bit more subtle and imagimitive than a big statue.
  12. So both Humphrey and Daley starting? Potential
  13. On properly looking at the bill, it is designed to target sectarianism, but it also encompasses a lot of other things. For example, someone singing the nasty 'Mark McGhee' song could well be prosecuted under this, and in a court, even in public, I'm sure it would be judged to be as pretty offensive, while on the terraces, it can be funny. Similar with shouting about a player's maw being a dog, certain fans being inbred mongos and such - these seem to fall well within the 'criminal' bracket.
  14. It's maybe be an idea that the campaign was more to rethink the bill so that it addresses the problems more directly, rather than just saying 'kill the bill'-implying just let the bigots be.
  15. You can't really make any official complaint if you were breaking the rules in the first place. The rule itself is the problem, it can't be enforced fairly, and causes more trouble than it's worth.
  16. Is it actually against the law to stand or is that just sorta rules set out?
  17. Some fans 'fighting police' and about 20 well fans removed i hear.
  18. I agree that a lot of the opposition to the bill is from the old firm who know fine well that sectarianism is the basis of their clubs and their success. But theres also some genuine opposition from people who think it doesnt seem that well thought out. Why can't we just have a law which simply outlaws sectarian chanting/remarks and songs/remarks about northern irish politics/conflict at the football? Surely that would be more direct harder to argue against?
  19. The problem is that its designed to target 'offensive behaviour' which could be ANYTHING. If im right the bill doesnt actually mention sectarianism.
  20. This right here. The whole lot of it. But aye, in seriousness the well supporters fans advisory society comitee thingy should be focussing on encouraging an atmosphere and just the general 'enojoyment' of the game, rather than superficial things like mascots. Get flags n banners n booze to games and we're onto a winner.
  21. Id piss maself if this came to be. A metal man with a telly on his belly givin the finger to the south stand. Fantastic.
  22. They seem to be turning a blind eye to standing home fans too now. Its a good thing theyre letting people stand. The answer is for us to stand too, not make them sit down.
  23. £22 adult, £15 concession. Right say, £19 average. Now we're just being pedantic.
  24. I'm sure having NO old firm fans in fir park would suit most fans, but the fact is, we need as much money as we can get, and we just have to put up with it. Well fans are inconvenianced by the East Stand falling to bits, but we just have to put up with it, such are the finances. The club's a business and to choose to have 1500 empty seats when we can get £20 for each of them is just unreasonable.
