Not that we will ever see those details, but Id love to know the conditions of this loan. What we are paying him and what playing guarantees he has. Absolutely gutted weve signed this fucking ridiculous deal, so if he is shite, were stuck with him for the season. But if he is excellent Rangers can take one of our best players in January to sell him on. Plus he is unavailable for all Rangers games, so that is 4-6 games we are going into with a man down. The wee cunt took the blue sheckels and left to deny Celtic 9 in a row playing for his boyhood heroes and the only team he ever wanted to play for, as far as Im concerned he should be denying Celtic 10 in a row washing the boots at Murray Park. Our squad is going to be small enough next season without starting 10% of the games with 1 man missing

Ive never been a big fan of Robinson, and believe 100% he should have been sacked a couple of times (and would have with a different club!) However while he certainly isnt the Messiah some make him out to be, nobody could seriously say he hasnt done a good job here overall. If he stays, I wouldnt be unhappy, if he leaves he goes with nothing but my best wishes, he deserves the opportunity. At least if he does go, there wont be any upheaval. We dont need to bother with interviews and will save money by shifting Las & Mo Ross over from their current roles

Either we are trying to use the Covid excuse to lowball O'Hara, or Fry is playing games............. I know who I would believe, and it aint Barry!
-
Promising. Only 23, trained in Boro academy and 6'3 so a unit! If it is McGinley, along with Lambie I take it Dunne is 100% away once he is back to fitness?!
-
Surprised if we'd offered a 3 year deal. But £50k transfer fee is what I heard we had agreed a couple months ago.
-
Aye that was me. As a right back, he is miles better defensively than Grimshaw, and is a pretty good Centre Back. I know a few County fans and a couple players up here and they all say he is a very solid player. For some reason he wasnt at his best this season, but he was club captain and the 3 seasons before was first name on the teamsheet. Think he stayed so long up here cause he was on a fair wedge (£2k pw +) The fans I know are a bit gutted he is leaving but say its probably for the best as he hasnt looked fully happy this season

So Scott Fox signs on a 1 year deal as backup to Carson & Yussuf Hussein signs a new 2 year deal, according to reports. Decent bit of business. Fox is a very good backup option considering the current climate
-
Dont rate O'Donnell that highly personally. IF we were in the market for a Right Back, we could do a lot worse than Marcus Fraser who has just left Ross County! He's a "Robbo Type" big physical no nonsense player, more of a "proper" right back instead of attacking, and is a crackin CD as well

The press up here in Inverness ran the story of Caley's player releases last week and stated White had been released to take up his pre-contract with Motherwell And Ive heard it from ICT players/staff too
-
Still 1 year left. I heard we were negotiating a transfer wi a small fee but imagine thats down the swanny now
-
The local paper up here have reported the player movements from Caley this week and noted Jordan White has left the club having signed a pre contract with Motherwell. So looks like he is 100% ours, justca matter of time until he is announced
-
Id imagine contracts end Jun 1st and once our obligation ends the furlough ends. As tough as it is releasing guys with no income, prolonging contracts, when we are talking about cutting budgets and playing a chunk of next season with no fans is utter insanity. Even on furlough, the club still need to have the money to pay then claim it back, and we could have furlough for another 3 months so when would it stop?
-
I really hope he doesnt stay in Scottish Football! He has given his all for the club, obviously cares about the plase and leaves with nothing but class. Would be sad to hear the slevvering pricks in the East Stand screaming abuse at him next season!
-
Promising that Long has been offered a contract and hasnt rejected it yet. I thought he would be one of the first off. No surprises with Gillespie, Tait & Hartley How much longer is Dunne crocked?
-
Raging? aye ok. Tho I suppose sarcasm doesnt come through well on internet message boards.
-
One, or probably both will be sold the second a bid comes in, with the excuse of "covid". Wouldnt be surprised if the Media team had a begging video set up for Gallagher too! Glad to see the gaffer has his priorities right, offering a new contract for his boy. Captain for next Season? Probably Donnelly or Carson.

Im not, and never will be his biggest fan. Even in the season we made 2 Cup Finals he should have been sacked as we were fucking horrific for long periods, that was masked by a couple of big wins in Cup Fixtures. Last season was the same, he lucked out big time chucking in Turnbull and especially Hastie out of pure desperation. But never offered Hastie a contract until it was too late when even Stevie Wonder could see he was worth an extension. And this season has gone along the same track, some decent play punctuated by garbage and the odd cracking signing like Declan supplemented by too much utter horseshit like Bevis, Manzinga and that Invisible dude from Bournemouth. Il give him his due, he does deserve credit for finishing 3rd this season. Overall, Id probably give him a 7/10, just. Over his whole tenure his performance as Manager is definately above average as he has had some very good achievements and results, and he has also presided over some excellent player developments and sales. But there has been too much utter garbage both on the pitch for long periods, and signed by him.

Thats the crux of it for me. This isnt done to "fool" Clubs or Agents so what does it actually achieve? Ive been a Well supporter all my life, I was at Hampden as a 10 year old Kid in 1991, at every cup final, had season tickets and even followed the team away in Europe and Im getting scunnered with the continual pleads of poverty. If Im feeling like that I can only imagine how that can/will affect more casual fans. What incentive is there for a Casual fan or a novice looking for a Club to support tocome see us? Instead of thinking "hey thats a great achievement from the Well, I think Il pop down to Fir Park next season and give them some support" its now more like " thats some achievement from the Well, pity they are skint and will lose their best players next year, oh well" Sometimes its like the guys in charge actively look to make our club look miserable as fuck. This season (clearing our Debt, Finishing 3rd in the League, Developing & selling another 2 Highly Rated kids Down South) is something the Club, and town should be proud of, especially at these times! Why do we immediately need to bring money into it and drag it down?
-
Motherwell finishing a season with a "woe is me, were skint" plea. Yawn. Exact same when we got to the Scottish Cup final in 2011, McCall spent the entire build up bleating about how we have to cut the budget. Same a couple years ago when we made 2 Cup Finals in the same year, same excuse when we sell all our kids, and same again now we have finished 3rd. Every club in the land is going to be affected, however WE should realistically be affected least giving the fact that there isnt a hope in hell we would have budgeted for a top 6 finish nevermind 3rd! Instead of tediously continuing to plead poverty, how about putting out a positive story about how we finished 3rd against all expectations and have a European challenge to look forward to

I know You said safe distance but thats a bit extreme!

This 100% The video was still all about whoring him to Celtic. This just means we should get closer to the £3.25m offered last summer Well done everyone! And especially David Turnbull!!! Showing a degree of loyalty sadly missing from 99.9% of todays players
-
Scott was nowhere near £1.5m. Try around 33% less! The club got stung when Cadden and his agent fucked them over, there is no chance they will let that happen again. And the begging video put out last week just shows clubs how desperate we are to make a buck. Celtic arent gonna offer anywhere near even half what they offered last year. The deal is probably already done
-
The first club to offer 7 figures get him. The video was a marketing aid to show he's not a crock. Any offer over a mil and he will be off while were told how its "an amazing deal for the club". Pretty gutting
-
Fantastic result and performance!

Ooft. Allan Campbell goal machine
