  1. With my tin foil hat on, I think appealing would be a win/win , win the appeal and Sinclair would have to be banned. Lose it and it is further evidence of unfair treatment on a "wee club" by the SFA! Shameful Sinclair hasnt been cited but 100% expected. I like Robbo's wee dig but Id have prefered a more direct dig such as "It is clear to everyone who has seen the incident , apart from the ref, that Sinclair dived. The fact he hasnt been cited shows the SFA's attitude toward such behaviour and so we feel any appeal on our behalf would prove fruitless, yet again"
  2. We get on with it and take our medicine. Celtic (and Rangers) run scottish football. We are a diddy team and are worth nothing but utter contempt. You see when it happens to Celtic, there is a witch hunt and the player gets abused along with a ban. When Celtic players do it, our compliant media sweep it under the carpet and its ignored. Dont get worked up, you cant change anything!
  3. Looking back, Kipre was lucky to escape a red for the tackle on Dembele when you see freeze frame. But Dembele on McHugh was worse and a definate red. I dont think we gave them too much respect, the gameplan was obviously to allow the centre halves the ball then close down the other 8 to give them no options, apart from a couple half chances and breaks (which were always going to happen, their players are A LOT better than ours) it worked perfectly for an hour You can stand off a player and still be marking and pressuring him. You cant be touch tight nipping at heels with players of Celtic's quality as you will get turned and beat quickly. You saw how quickly Celtic broke in the last 30 when we started diving in. Overall we did well and deserved more. At least we showed up! The less said about the dirty cunt in the black the better
  4. Carson. Was superb all round. No chance wi the goals
  5. Oh, and I fear a scudding wed nite! Our lads looked shattered at the end while they had the likes of Roberts, Ntcham, Griffiths & Rogic on the bench today Is Kipre banned on weds? Or just next LC Game?
  6. Not sure if it is just me, but McHugh was utter shite today, Couldnt pass water! Grimshaw did ok but was a bit wasteful, think McHugh was the 1 who shouldve been hooked. Also think it was a big mistake leaving Campbell out. Grimshaw and McHugh were like headless chickens at times, think Campbell's reading and tenacity from the start would have benefited
  7. See, I agree it was an accident, Tierney didnt mean to bring Moult down, but he was clumsy and did do it! If that hadnt happened, Moult had an open goal so its 100% a pen. No red card and not malicious but clumsy and a foul
  8. Looked like a stonewaller when Tierney tripped Moult just before Celtics pen. Was I seeing things?
  9. I actually think WE were the better team until the penalty incident. After that Celtic tore us apart for the most part. Proud of the team, gutted for Kipre! He should be lauded for having the incredible Dembele in his pocket but instead he is the guy who gave away a penalty and got sent off!
  10. Andrew Barrowman scored 29 goals in a season for Ross County in the same league and is now retired from football at 31/32 after being binned by Albion Rovers! And there have been many more. Big step up from League 1 and Championship to Premier
  11. So Im paying 35 quid to have bigoted wankers sit above me potentially flinging stuff/spitting down on us? Well done SFA/SPFL, fucking incompetent bellends
  12. HEED! Im no joking, that boys head is like an orange on a toothpick!
  13. I was 10! 37 Now, its been FAR too long. Time for new players to write their names into the history books! I also agree wi the journo questioning Cadds, if we win then this would be the greatest cup win in the clubs history! Away to Ross County then 5-0 aggregate against Aberdeen & Rangers in the QF/SF, then beat a Celtic team so far ahead domestically and in the midst of an 18 month domestic unbeaten run. And you know what? We can do it!!
  14. McCall drained any enthusiasm I had out of the last cup final, I went out of duty but never even thought 1% that we could win. A solid week of McCall bleating on about how much our budget was being cut and how good Celtic were did me in How refreshing that this time, even though Celtic are 10 times better, Im looking forward to sunday and am even confident of us winning!
  15. One thing absolutely guaranteed is that Celtic will get every 50/50 going and Thompson will be desperate to get his cards out for our "thugs", would love a dodgy goal winner but the ref knows he would be absolutely crucified for that. No way thats happening. Scott Brown on the other hand, could bite our keepers ear off going for a high ball and probably still win a penatly for it
  16. £500k means £375k to us and £125k to Wrexham. £375k to us is basically a couple Scottish Cup games and 2 league placings. Would we replace Moult's goals with the £100k or so the club would get after everyone has taken their cut? Getting to this final makes the club around £900k apparently, the vast majority of which we wouldve never budgeted for! We are now in a good position. Id suggest the club should have a base of £650k , bid that and we will entertain it, lesser bids will be politely fucked into the bin
  17. 4 against Celtic in 8 games , same against Rangers and more against Aberdeen! That proves he can do it in big games!! Add the 50 goals in around 90 games for us and its a wonder were even still speaking about prices in January. The amount of money in the Championship its insane to think noone has bid 7 figures for him. I believe he is gonna score the winner on sunday! If he does, he can waltz off in January with MFC receiving a hefty 6 figure fee and the man himself picking up a well deserved signing fee and heavy wage increase
  18. Look at the amount of goals he has scored against Rangers & Celtic (and Aberdeen!) and you will understand the clamour for such a player to leave us, us being a "Diddy Club"
  19. Second goal is how were gonna beat Celtic, Cadden's running strength powering down the line and good balls into the box for King Louis & Bowman. Fucking buzzing for next sunday now
  20. 36 goals in 72 games in his first 2 seasons, now 14 in 15? this season. What a player he has been for us
  21. The more I think about it the more I just want to have a fucking go at them. 4 at the back, 3 narrow in midfield kicking fuck out of anything that moves then 3 right up top, Bowman for his heading, Petravicius for his pace and Moult for his godliness! The 3 strikers dont go out of the Celtic half so if Tierney wants to bomb on,he's leaving it 3v3 and the rest of their defence is shite! Those minging cunts are prob gonna win anyway so lets just go fuckin mental.Might get horsed, might end up 6-6 and we win on pens lol And on a serious note, I hope we are pouring over footage of Craig Gordon's handling of crosses, great shot stopper but an utter vampire! Show the England & Slovenia games over and over and have our free kick takers drill the balls in exactly the same!
  22. Its not Ideal aye but Id argue gives us a better chance. We play 4-5-1 we may as well not bother turning up cause we will get pumped. 60 yard long balls to an isolated Bowman will give us nothing! At least with 2 up front, if were resorted to hoofing it our chances of winning the ball are infinately better The out ball is through Cadden wide. Keeping 3-5-2 means he can let Sinclair push on to Kipre at times knowing we'd still have a sweeper. And Cadds wide should give Tierney a thought or two. Play it up to 2, we will win a few balls, then Cadden has a chance to join in and Campbell,Bigi are available for the second ball
