Ainsworth playing a full season from right wing may indeed give us 12-15 really shite performances,but it would also give us 8-10 goals and probably as many assists! Unfortunately that would be with a competent right back and midfield around him. The midfield may improve next season but we are "stuck" with Tait at right back so defensive cover would be non existant With that in mind,and the fact he is 1 of our high earners,I can see a handshake and best wishes after saturday! From a professional point of view he has been superb,keeping himself in good shape and always acting like a captain,but in a footballing sense, his time has come! Infact being truthful his time came and passed 2 years ago and he has been living on sentimentality since. He is 1 of the few guys Id be happy with giving a coaching job to due to his attitude and passion for the club but his playing days at MFC are over.

However its pretty much well known our playing budget is approx £1.6m pa and our average wage per player is £52k pw as published in an official report last year (Caleys ave is just over £60k) which would work out at approx £1.6m pa, the exact same as our budget in the game more or less. The game also gets access to clubs for its info for their scouting database so youd think the figures are pretty accurate. Also its known Lionel is a high earner and Skippy & McManus are the highest earners which also fits

Was having a look at the Football Manager club info with all this Scoiting Database chat and Im horrified at what they have as our wage bill. I know the game and actual database clubs use will differ, and the actual player salary may not be 100% right, but counting up all player wages for us gives just over £1.6m pa which is accurate as far as Im aware and also adds up with the average wage of each squad player being approx £60k pa which was published in a report last year so Id like to think its pretty spot on. Our top earners are Lionel,Lucas,McManus & Skippy on £2k per week! Lionel and the Chocolate man on £2k per week? Then its Samson,Hammell,Las & BOWMAN on £1k per week. Moult is listed as £940, Cadds £800, Heneghan & Clay both £800. Even David Ferguson & Craig Moore are listed as £600pw??? Some of the wages weve spent over the last couple of years,if thats accurate, are insane!

Yogi would be excellent as Head Coach with a Director of Football above him. Yogi has a successful track record in Scottish football, but every club he has been at has had the same issue! He is a great coach,organizer and motivator, but is absolutely awful at player recruitment. Take that out of his hands and I fully believe he would do a fabulous job for us However, We cant afford a Director of Football apparently. But we can afford an outside media company making cringeworthy pish videos and a fucking "Fan Engagement Officer" whatever the fuck that is. You want "Fan Engagement"? Get your fucking office staff organized for a start, advertize and publicize the club and club functions/offers, And have some kind of forum/sounding board theough the Well Society.

2-1 Hamilton. They are shite, we are worse! We cant score more than one, but cannot stop conceding goals. I believe we will fluke a goal somehow but we will lose a goal and contrive to throw away a killer goal to hand Hamilton the points. My mate is a coach driver and took the Caley team down to the U20 game v Us last week. He said there was nothing between the teams till we brought our 3 subs on, who were "fucking tremendous" and won us the points. Those kids I believe were 15,15 & 14! We have some phenomenal youngsters, but if I were them,Id be working my ticket and moving to a club who actually had senior players who could control and pass a football. Our team lack quality,our team lack fight, our team lack organization and our coaching team lack even the smallest shred of tactical nous and motivational drive. Its for that reason that I genuinely believe we will take 1 point from the next 2 games, and go into the Caley game in a shootout to see who finishes 11th and who is automatically relegated

Ive wrecked my knee ligaments in a vain attempt to even play higher than Welfare football and Ive made a few sacrifices in coaching my Welfare league team just now. Id give my left bollock to to play professionally and its making me physically sick to see utter shite like Zak Jules wander onto a pitch and try pass himself as a pro footballer. And he's not the only one! We have a handful of very good footballers, a couple passable, and an exorbitant amount of utter utter shite,and every player in that squad looks like they are resigned to the fact were down. Not even a bit of fight. Irrespective of wether we go down this season. We need to bin Burrows,Murrant and the board. Robinson,Faddy and the "coaching" staff and about 18-20 players and start from scratch! Try like fuck to find some dumb cunt with a bit of cash who will take us on. And hire a coaching team capable of organizing a football team, and a playing squad able to complete the most basic of tasks. This club is an utter shambles from top to bottom and my big fear is that we do a Man City and tumble down the divisions. Our crowd is embarrassing,our "management" is embarrassing, our "coaching" is embarrassing, and our playing squad is as poor as Ive ever seen it in my 30 odd years of attending games. I have absolutely no faith in the club as a whole and the players as a team. The single most gutting thing is the Caley game will be my 4 year old son's first game, and may be the last game I ever watch my team! Cause Il be fucked if Im spending a fortune on below average players who couldnt trap a bag of cement playing Livingston and Raith fucking Rovers next season. And I seriously believe we could be relegated again in the next 2-3 years as our "business model" is as fucking garbage as our signing policy this last 18 months. And if that happens.
