Lol have a go at the BBC for massively underpaying us,but cant bend over any faster for sky who shaft us far greater. Even fucking rugby league has a tv deal on sky thats more than double ours! Fuck the SPFL Shitebags
-
surprised at this, always seemed highly rated and seemed to do well with the 20`s.

Sorry Keef

It does look like that but not intended. On the poor run the tactics and subs were almost identical to us under McCall. Baraclough looked lost and utterly inept. The turnaround Is down mainly to the Assistant,Pearo & Skippy. I dont believe he had no input on them coming in so Bara does deserve credit there, also he has identified a style of play that looks to be helping us. However,to say he is the man is entirely premature, the minimum we need from him is 10th i the spl

Bara was ridiculed and rightly so! We had a run of 1pt in 24 and at that time he looked and sounded so far out his depth its untrue. He has done well to START turning things round,he needs to finish the job and keep us out the bottom two before people start with the back slapping and told you so's. I feel a lot has to do with the assistant as well. Its actually strange to see us able to perform over 90 mins and is weird to see us set up for attacking corners and free kicks,we look like we have a plan and look organized and professional instead of the pub team style stand around and hope the ball drops on your head/foot. Bara has been backed hugely in the transfer market, backed in the coaching and organization, anything other than 10th or higher is failure and jotters for me

Ian Baraclough always comes across as personable and intelligent. Problem is he cant pick a team and makes McCall look like Mourinho in the tactics stakes. The man looks more of a fraud than a competent manager, unfortunately it looks like nothing less than relegation will get rid of him.
-
Personally I thought that was because he never stayed at a club more than a year or so and struggled without cash whereas MVDG found success with 2 cash strapped Portugese minnows
-
This must be the worst start from a manager ever. This clowns job should be on the line here. He's been here 2 and a half months, has his own coaching team AND 7 of "his own" players and if anything were worse than when he took over
-
Lasley has been done for the last 18 months. Yes he had the odd storming game but the next 10 he is fuckin garbage. He is slower than a week in the jail, cant control the ball or pass and couldnt tackle if his life depended on it. Watching him play almost every ball as his trademark aimless wee chip to nobody frustrates the life out of me He had a fantastic run the end of the season before last,he shouldve gone then on a high! Between them Las & McManus should at the very least be bursting their arses to drag the team forward and lead by example but the fact is,both need not only dropped but binned full stop
-
Thats all well and good but whos scouting the local area? The amount of local talent we lose to even teams like Aberdeen & Hibs is shocking
-
My bad. Had always believed that ws different

By the letter of the law Laings challenge is actually only a yellow. Denying a goal scoring opportunity = Yellow. Denying a GOAL = Red Card So if Laing handled on the line or brought him dwn after he had rounded the keeper,THEN its a Red,unfortunately nowadays Its down to interpretation and refs ultimately make a cunt of it!
-
Rangers getting 4 in from Newcastle too. Jim White will be ripping the head off it while using his yellow tie as a noose shortly.
-
Dundee Utd looking to sign John McGinn from St Midden to Replace Armstrong who has signed for Ra Shellik. So they look like losing McLean and now McGinn! Good news for us
-
Aye but renember McCall knew nothing about keepers and left that up to Marshall!!
-
Leanne is the best thing on these boards! I dont give a fuck if he/she is at the wind up or spent their entire childhood eating lead paint or inhaling aerosols, these comments are hilarious!!

Our problem is all these clubs HAVE cut their cloth and are pretty much settled. This summer we have 14 or 15 contracts up but the highest earners are still under contract so cutting cloth means either bringing in only 8/9 players or bringing in even cheaper players! Plus this season will have seen us budget for at least top 6! In reality we will finish 10th at the highest, were papped out of both cups first round and our crowds are dwindling, thats what, minimum £500k shortfall. Plus we have a shitehole stadium draining money out of us. This summer wont see cloth cutting or rebudgeting,it will see a savage cull so I fully understand why people are saying relegation is a given in the near future. In my opinion, and Ive said it since last summer,we finish 10th and we will call in the administrators at the end of may
-
Holy Fuck, either your out your tits or your Ian Baraclough/his mrs, either way, Il have some of whatever substance your on!
-
We went cheap and changed the organ grinder, keeping the monkeys. The players know were so skint we cant pay anyone off so are happy fucking aroubd and picking up a good wage till the summer with no motivation to change. Fitness and basic skills still look shocking so we can assume safe enough that training hasnt changed apart from a yoga class or 2. Do I think MVDG is the messiah and would instantly turn us into Ajax? No,BUT I do think if we'd brought him in with a new coaching team the players would be a different bunch by now. Bara is the cheap, safe option who talks a good game but looks to be far out his depth. Derek Weir has made our bed now, and in 3 months theres a very real chance the administrators will be looking to sell it along with anything else of value

Killie fans housed in the main stand and open up the south for all east stand season ticket holders. There, its fixed in 10 seconds!
-
I think he is saying he believes there was some damage but doesnt think the club rushed to fix it! As I do. Surely with all day friday and up until 12 on saturday the club could have put out a notice closing the east for the game and getting the loose panels checked if they really wanted to.
-
Exactly! We cant control the weather but why does this kind of thing always happen to us and us only! The Stadium is a fuckin dump
-
We never brought in a manager for media to replace Flow, I take it weve sacked the office manager and ground staff manager as well seein as he is running them all? He is the General Manager which means he oversees the performance of those areas, not that he personally runs them. Having him still do the interviewing etc is a cheap ass move and sends the wrong signals about our ability to run a business
-
I actually thought our goal yesterday was fantastic! Great pass & move passage of play! What we needed to do to stop this rot was bring in a manager who would have shaken things up. We needed a manager who would give the players a roasting and light a fire under them, who would organize us first and foremost to be tough to beat, change things up behind the scenes and bring different ideas in. What we got is,in my view, symptomatic of the Well Society running the club for the rest of our days, a manager who is a cheaper wage, who was happy to run with the status quo which would save money again by keeping black & marshall,a manager who wouldnt rock the boat, the soft/cheapest option essentially. Tthe exact same thing happened in the summer with Flow. People in the other thread have been giving him a hard time but I understand why,its not his fault, and Im sure he is doing a fine job as GM but Boyle is gone and we have no chairman figure head,Dempster WAS that person but jumped ship and instead of replacing her we went for the cheap and safe option and promoted Flow, now he is perceived to be the club figure head and at the same time, under his term as a senior manager, the club has turned into an unbelieveable shambles and communication, which was good under Leanne,is non existant. At the same time,it also looks like Flows old job was never replaced so the GM is also interviewing the manager and doing media stuff, you cant really blame frustrations with the running of the club when it looks like the club is run by complete amateurs!

That quote is the most worrying for me. I binned my season ticket before the start of last season due to it being cheaper to pay into the games I made (due to switches for tv + postponements etc) but since my dad first took me to a game as a 5/6 year old in the mid 80`s, Ive always made a point to watch every tv game and make it to at least 1 or 2 games per season, this year Ive watched the Utd game, flicked through our other tv games and havent been to a single match, and the way I now feel, I seriously doubt Il ever be back to Fir Park. Im just sick of the whole soap opera and whereas in years gone by even just losing, nevermind by 4 or 5 was enough to piss me off for a day or two, now It doesnt even bother me. In a time where we need as many fans to buy in as possible due to this crazy Well Society idea, if the club is causing hardened fans to be as disillusioned as this, whats it doing to fair weather fans? Were on a slippery slope here
