nevermind that,hw much for the south african goalscorer?
-
Forbes has prob the best left peg in scotland, its his fitness thats the big concern for him. stop playing him on the wing, put him in middle or behind to create and I reckon he will flourish, Fitzy has had 5 or 6 years and not broken through! Forbes over Fitz any day
-
Not true, we`d have been left with Lasley,Forbes,Jennings and the 2 youngsters as back up in the worst case scenario! I believed we would sign either Coke,Hateley, both or at least 1 adequate replacement, therefore id have prefered us to spend the money were spending on Fitzy on securing/adding to those deals! I dont have any grudges against him (even if i did almost choke on my chewing gum when he scored that goal at easter road I wonder if this signing means Coke + Hateley are gone and there will be no other replacements in centre mid, if thats the case im very dissappointed and if its not the case, Fitzpatricks contract is a complete waste of money
-
True but we promoted Meechan + Innes from the 19`s to 1st team contracts, we have Lasley + Jennings signed and are still trying to re-sign Coke + Hateley, how many "squad players" do we need? No ill feeling toward the guy,but no place for sentiments here. Weve a small budget as it is without wasting money paying a guy to sit in the stand til december
-
Fitzpatrick hasnt been able to hold down a regular place in the years he`s been here, whats gonna change in the next 6 months? waste of a wage! would rather use that cash to top up offers to Coke,Hateley or for a decent quality replacement for them
-
Turner signed a contract a couple years ago at Everton till 2011! Good Keeper!
-
thats true, The Old Firm get £4.5m each, the other 10 split £4m (£400k each) no matter who is involved in live games
-
I wonder with us offering Barry Douglas a contract if Pa Broon is loking to play Stevie Hammell in left mid? Why else would he want to sign a left back when we have Hammell + Jordan Halsman already on 1st team contracts
-

My Mrs does, and a few others i know, think it might be a northern thing, weird nonetheless Delboy, i think ayrshire is the mecca for strange roll combo`s, theres a place down that why that does Rolls + Pakora! never seen that anywhere else before!
-
No its Roasted! and another of my pet hates, Its French Toast! NOT Eggy Bread!
-
Aye but to stick McPhail,Ledley or Whittingham in an SPL side it would cost you £4m each at least, whereas Dorman would cost a few hundred grand (i mean value,I know he`s available on a free) big difference in quality there
-
He`s out of contract so would be free, however, has been mentioned with Championship teams so would be totally out our budget, good attacking midfielder tho
-
Anything less than a new number 1 and the opposition strikers are gonna be going through goal bonuses like Vanessa Feltz goes through cakes! New no1,Rb,Am,Wg,St are the least we need
-
used to work there, taken over by Americans 3 years ago and arent short of cash plus are newly expanding into buying your gold so prob looking for more exposure and sponsor the National Team. Could get worse
-
cant see us going past the 3rd round so best case scenario, easy first tie then Stuttgart. We`d make around £750k from German tv alone!
-
no chance, we have Forbes,Lasley already signed and possibly 1-3 of Coke,Jennings + Hateley too, why waste a wage on someone who aint gonna play? Im not digging at the guy but he aint good enough so why sign him again and stunt the growth of the likes of Meechan + Innes who are coming up from the 19`s
-
nah, I saw that thing on P+B bout our new kit being Claret + white (hearts kit) and the away being blue but sure its pish. According to the Press release our new kit is bespoke isnt it? so that means itll be our own design, not catalogue
-
Nah even Fraser would be blameless there, Ruddy was definately exposed at the 2nd, ask any keeper or keeper coach in the world and they`ll tell you the hardest shot to save is one at the feet,no time to move your feet if your set for a dive + no time to get down, esp when your a hulking brute like Ruddy. As I said, the most ardent Fraser hater couldnt find a way to blame him That saying, I believe it`s Michael Frasers fault the Tories are now in at Westminster! And for the Hailstones + Sleet we had up here yesterday
-
yip that game. And aye Sutts scored 11 in the league, 2 in europa league. 9 from january just shows how well he has done in the 2nd half of the season. Infact his strike rate is 25 goals in 60odd starts, cracking form for a striker in a "wee team" Hutchinson was 4 goals in 8 starts from Centre Half
-
went for Ruddy, tho it was close. Forbes had a great start,Lukas started badly but progressed into a superb season and since January Sutton has been brilliant but Ruddy has been consistently great,ok he has had the odd howler but he won us a lot of points and kept a record amount of clean sheets as well as pulling off some amazing saves so by a small margin, POTY - John Ruddy
-
it was aimed solely to point out this season, next year is promising if we can keep Coke/Hateley/Jennings and bring in a decent striker to replace Lukas
-
Having seen many questionable female gers fans, those two i believe are classes as "Pure Honeys by ra way"! What a mutant support the Old Firm possess
-
had a wee look over the season and its pretty encouraging reading, over the years weve been desparate for defenders to chip in with goals and struggled for midfielders to score as well heaping pressure on the strikers but this season has seen a good spread Season Top Scorers - 1.
