Gordon Greer is out of contract a Doncaster in summer, always thought he was a big solid centre half. And Alan McCormack is out of contract this summer at Southend as well apparently. If Porter is definately away,I wonder if we could do a similar kind of deal as we did for him and sign Andy Bishop from Bury, a 6 foot striker, out of contract in the summer, wanting to move up a level and a superb strike rate, so far this season he`s scored 11, with 23 last year and 23 or 24 the season before.

thats not actually a bad idea fella, and it would certainly go some way to solving the universal problem of customer service at our club.

I think it leaves Lasley also fighting with Hughes for the right side of the 3 berth. Lasley is good holding but he also has a good engine and can go box to box. At the very least it gives us a bit of depth and other options,something were not exactly high on!

play Ports and Sutton with O`Brien + Smith as wingers and we should just give Caley the points and save our money + effort! you cant play high ball and crosses into the biggest/most physical team in the league! suicide!!! high balls is food + drink to caley, fast nippy players + passing game cuts their lumbering defenders to bits! if Clarky is fit go with him + Sutton/Porter with Murphy behind to run at them, if we gonna play wingers, go with Smith + Murphy to run and attack them on the deck from wide,stretching their defence! either way gonna be tough and im worried we will lose again, not being negative or cause i think theyre better,but cause generally in caley games they do well at fir park and we do well up there! but certainly time for the boys to stand up and be counted!

Actually that would be on the agenda as well, For Old Firm games they get the south stand and a 200-300 seat area of the main stand for a parent+child section! Now wheres that Euromillions jackpot??

Go all guns blazing for a left sided striker, monster centre half and utility full back either on loan or signed from obscure eastern european type team. Also sound out and sign 2-3 players on pre contracts 5. Get rid of McGarry,and any other dead wood in the squad and loan out 3-4 of the best youngsters to 1st/2nd div teams for experience 6. cost out a training ground for the club, have facilities like Sports injury clinic,gym, astro pitch,indoor pitch to hire out to general public when not used by club 7. cost and compare stadium plans, 1 new 12,500 seat ground (with possible facilities including conference suite,sports bar,hotel,club museum,office space) v new main stand,east stand + pitch at fir park 8. sort costs at games, cheaper entry, family deals, bring a friend,etc, plus season ticket scheme like bradfords, prices get lower the more are bought, ie 2000 sold = £275, 3000 sold = £225, 4000 sold = £175 type thing. all sounds so easy eh!

We havent been trying to play silky football in weeks and thats the problem! when we do we can cut apart anyone in the league,but just now all were content to do is lump long balls! wrong tactics,wrong players picked and zero back up as well just adds to the problems

Im not disputing some of the guys you say are as good or better than these guys but as ive said, Porter,Hughes etc are among the best in the league outside OF, they are good players and definately better than our current league situation. The fact is they are not performing anywhere near their capabilities and questions need to be asked and answered

Name strikers better than Porter, midfielders better than Hughes, keepers better than Smith! even the average guys like Reynolds,Craigan,Lasley,Clarkson would probably walk into Killie,Falkirk,St Mirren,Caley, Hamiltons teams so dont tell me we dont have the players
