Aye maybe so but I think it's 100% understandable due to the horendous weather resulting in overuse of under soil heating and the fact it's a new pitch from seed. It was always going to struggle in the winter even before 30 odd nights of minus conditions in a row. Short term struggle for long term gain. The patch up was essential and a bit over the top calling it an embarrasment imo, just one of those things

If a game at FP is on TV with a lunchtime KO I usually miss it unless it's of big importance. Would rather get out my bed...straight to TV with munch and a few tins, watch the game and then do work. Too much hassle taking a large chunk of my day away travelling there and back for a St.Mirren game when it's on TV. Season ticket holder though so no loss of revenue for the club
