Seemed to be fewer folk there today than would normally attend. Hope the Club are looking into why this is, and will hopefully look for a solution. Hunners of on the pitch reasons for more folk to go support the team. The away support at Perth and Aberdeen was excellent .............. now lets increase it at home.

Feel slightly deflated in the end, however I would have settled for a 0-0 before the game so I have to content myself. Was very impressed with the lads today. Craigan wasn't missed, sorry Crags, and the 1st touch of the new lads was excellent. Coke looks class, as does Mooooaawooooaakali. Hately put in a power of work and Jennings slotted in very nicely 2nd half. Ruddy also had a steady game. Pass marks to everyone IMHO, although Murphy looked a bit of a lightweight too often. Thankfully Gary McAllister was full of praise for Motherwell in his post match comments. Very refreshing to hear indeed, and hopefully his pre-match comments will put paid to him supposedly being a blue-nose

Have many good, bad and indifferent memories from watching Motherwell against the Govan Ghouls. I've seen us cheated by officials, and players and pitch invasions by fans to influence games against theses bay sterds. Best one for me has to be our victory at the Bronx in the winter of 1993. A Dougie Arnott double in the last 10mins secured a 2-1 triumph and maintained our place atop the League. 1800 Dossers gave it laldy in the lower-Broomloan that night, and I spent half the journey back along the M8 hanging out wee Hammy's sun-roof giving the Buns some well earned V's. Perhaps I'm too remote to appreciate the bigger picture, but I just couldn't see the point of it all ........ and the reference to a man, who admittedly achieved great things at Man-U, but did eff all for MFC or indeed his home community. The lollipop lady on Ladywell Road is more deserving of an accolade imho.
