The numbers (and the science) aren't clear about all things, but they are pretty clear when it comes to outdoors being significantly safer than indoors.

So as long as all the teams in League One and League Two win League One they might be able to pay the rent. If it's an economic (or even political) decision then just say that instead of pretending it's somehow safer to be indoors with drunk punters at 10pm then outside on a terrace at Somerset Park. For me, however, the main argument to letting the grounds re-open is that the number of clubs who would bother is probably minimal anyway - so it seems pretty low risk to just let them get on with it, and it might give us a head start to get things moving when the restrictions are eased.

I think our biggest miss from last season is James Scott. Although he was a bit up and down (as you'd expect from a youngster) his ability to play out wide, but with a strikers ability, has been hard to replace. It seemed that Cole was brought in to do that job as he typically started out wide. Not sure if that is his best position, but he did improve as the season wore on. My first thought when I heard of his signing this time was also "4-3-3" otherwise you'd have to think we are either ditching another striker or someone has an injury we don't know about.

Different league of course, but Danny Johnson missed his dream tie against Spurs recently when Orient forfeited their tie due to 17 players testing positive. The Premiership teams agreed to a full schedule on the understanding that there was almost zero flexibility to accommodate postponements. They made St Mirren play when they lost all their goalies to Covid protocols, so for now I'd guess it's still on.

They're both backups in that squad, but I wouldn't say either was "playing terribly". They were both good in our win at Pittodrie, for example. Also, I'm a better full back than McTominay so any natural full back in the international team would be an improvement.

McGinley? I know fans love to judge players far too early in their 'Well career, but McGinley has had 2 games thanks to injuries. Maybe need to give him a few more starts for consistency before we start getting the knives out. A string of games has done wonders for Mugabi.
