  1. That was a lot of words you used there to say you agree with me.
  2. If they want to sell adult sizes then presumably they need it to appeal to adults too.
  3. Undoubtedly a combination of money and a fear that it will be a long time before they get the clubs so close to agreement again. One thing you can be sure they aren't worried about is the fans' view.
  4. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22307991 Just sayin'
  5. Alison sent me a receipt for my credit card transaction.
  6. That's kinda petty and pathetic though and drags us down to their level. No need for us to be as childish as them.
  7. Don't have a problem with it at all. TBH, with a few exceptions, I don't have any issues with the players from either side of the teams formerly known as the Old Firm. It's the people that run them and the bigots that support them I have no time for. The fact that it shows we like to rise above the petty politics is a bonus.
  8. Better article in The Scotsman today.
  9. Likewise. If they had kept the sleeves amber I think it would have been a winner.
  10. Too right. A classic example over here is baseball. 162 games in the regular season means some of the useless teams can easily end up playing 30 or 40 (or more) meaningless games in any given year. More meaningless given that there isn't even relegation to fight.
  11. He's back as a starter now, but he missed a few games recently due to a groin injury.
  12. 13. It works when I click on my own and even when I click on other peoples (including your post) I can see who gave you postive and negative reps.
  14. You kill me every time with yir instant come backs.
  15. Definitely not all Blades fans in favour There are some in favour too, but it's this kind of narrow minded ignorance that gives me hope we can hold on to him
  16. I like the 1950's style with the predominantly black socks.
  17. FWIW, the last time I looked at a Sheffield Utd. forum, the fans weren't that interested in McCall as a replacement. The chat was more around things like bringing back Warnock etc. Not that it means much.
  18. McCall has come in and done a great job. With the players we lost over the summer, I'd be have content with a top 6 this season and a chance of European football. Safe to say my expectations have been comfortably exceeded. The gaffer has done a terrific job, not just at managing the team, but in his attitude to the game. Every time I see him giving an interview he is enthusing about the Scottish game (which makes a change from the daily misery in the media). Undoubtedly been a good deal for all parties, so he if he did go, he'd leave with my best wishes. An as other said, with 2 years compensation in our back pocket and the chance for a new boss to build a new team over the summer, it wouldn't be a disaster. I'll be happy if he stays though, as you can tell how much the players enjoy working with him and the confidence he has instilled make this one of the most exciting teams I can remember.
  19. Don't know why, but if you click on the number itself it will tell you 'who'.
  20. Or stick him in that spare empty bedroom.
  21. The variety of his goals has been impressive too. Left foot, right foot, overhead kicks, headers and now banging them in from outside the box.
  22. The blue strip still looks cracking too.
  23. I love the guy, but he is nowhere near an England call up.
