  1. Crafty from Kev there, taking more time off the clock by blasting it into the stands instead of scoring.
  2. Anyone get 3 - 2 at halftime in the sweep?
  3. Anyone get 3 - 2 at halftime in the sweep?
  4. Imagine if we hadn't been working on defending corners all week.
  5. Imagine if we hadn't been working on our shooting all week.
  6. Imagine if we hadn't been working on our defending all week.
  7. Wee Al was always going to be impossible to replace, at least with our budget. This is why our development of young players is so important. We need to bring through a quality of player that we could never afford to buy.
  8. I'm happy to see Slattery and Goss paired up in the midfield again.
  9. TBF, when he's fit, he's better than most of that Aberdeen defence. It's the "fit" part that was always the issue at Fir Park.
  10. If he can cross a ball further than the first defender he's definitely a step-up.
  11. All 3 were key to the hammering they dished out to Thistle on Tuesday with Thomas getting MOTM.
  12. If reports are true, I'm on $100,000 per week and about star in the next Batman movie.

    Alexander.

While there are always a few complex factors when a team is struggling, lacking in confidence or whatever, it's too often the case that players dodge responsibility. I don't care who the gaffer is. If you are a professional player taking a wage, but struggle to make a 10 yard pass to a teammate, then that is 100% on you and you need to take the responsibility to sort it.
  14. Hiding your face in your scarf is a Fir Park rite of passage.
  15. Make sure your cross in the box is better than the ones on the park.
  16. Not the best playing surface I've seen this season.
  17. I had to look this one up (on the historical kits site), but it looks like the last time we kept a home kit for more than one season was the 2011 - 2013 Puma. Likewise, it seems the last time we kept an away kit for more than one season was the 2004 - 2006 Xara. (I bet underboyleheating would have known this without looking it up. This is definitely his field of expertise).
  18. O'Donnell and Gallagher were key players in the last run of qualifiers that got us to the Euros.
  19. Aye, he obviously has history with Steve Clarke, and Clarke knows exactly what he can get out of him when he needs it. Depending on the tactics for the game, O'Donnell and Patterson offer different options, and that's never a bad thing. Players from "lesser" teams often do better at international level because they are playing alongside better players. It's always a positive when our players get international recognition as we can use it as an additional selling point when we're trying to recruit.
  20. It's been injuries, illness and suspensions mostly this season. GA doesn't advertise or complain about it, but we've struggled to have the same 13 fit on consecutive weeks.
  21. Thoughts and votes now we can "concentrate on the league"...
