Would be good to see the entire proposal that has actually been put to the clubs. As the 10 team SPL is just one of a broad range of changes that were mooted as being required. Some parts will suits others etc. etc. But the Turkeys had no intention in voting for Christmas. It would also be good to get the official line from the club to see what their take on it all is, and see how they justify that this decision is what is best for Motherwell Football Club.

Spot on, we can't ever compete with the large clubs down south due to populus, TV money etc. etc. What the football assocoations and clubs have done in Scandinavia should be a role model for all countries of our size. Summer football is seeming more and more like a no brainer, we need to try something FFS and try and stop the decline. Starting the season a good bit before down South as well would bring in more TV money, no competition from the games in England and might open up our league to Sky viewers who just like watching football, no matter who the fuck is playing.

Weather killed it a good bit today, considering that both teams tried to pass the ball and make a game of but due to said weather, lack of ability/control meant that it wasn't the best of games to watch, that being kind. Positives - big Hutch, great to see him back always liked the guy and actually prefer him to Reynolds much better in the air, more composed on the ball apart from the mistake, and a lot more productive distribution of the ball.. Murphy was good, some of the balls that he managed to get to and the shift that he put in was spot on, a few sclafs at the ball though at the end of some good work. We should be well worried about losing him. Randolf - one of the best things that Brown did for us, excellent keeper, good shot stopper and composed at claiming ball in the box. Lots of people don't rate him, but would like to see Casagolda given more of a chance. Getting well fucked off with Hately and Humphrey, Hately looks like he doesn't want to be here and Humphrey is a one trick pony that has been sussed out by every other team in the league. Fear a defeat as well, we seem to be on a bit of a free fall at the moment since Brown & Know left and circumstances seem to have conspired against us as well with a never ending list of bad news apart from the Cup victory. You know what I agree with Busta - yet again. (Sorry Busta) I'd love Forbes to turn out to be a great player and rub my fuckin nose right in it.
