  1. Don't fall into the trap championship teams have done and under estimate Livi. Incredible job being done there. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  2. Quickest sending off of a Well player I have ever seen. 1st minute v Thistle in cup. We held on for 0-0 and won the replay 1-0 with a late (and very rare) Willie Watson goal Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  3. If I remember correctly scored a great injury time 3-2 winner v Hearts at Cooper end cutting inside from left wing? Or is my aged brain playing tricks again Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  4. Recent history suggests he would start with Grimshaw and bring Bigi on about 65 mins. He caught Aberdeen out at Pittodrie with a change of formation so I don't think it certain he will go 3-5-2. May depend on fitness of Dunne, Campbell, Rose as to what formation he starts with. Tanner is a huge miss. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  5. Agreed however Hibs especially could have more coverage.....increasingly i find myself not even listening when it wasnt that long ago you rushed back to your car to get a comprehensive post match round up from all the games. The quality of the pundits and their analysis is poor. Especially Millar and Bonner Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  6. I watched 2nd half of their game v Derby and tbh when he came on he looked a bit lost and out of sorts. However any player stepping up a level can take time to adjust especially when his team is off form. In addition he has gone from being 'the main man' to a bit part player which may well be affecting him. Unless you are a regular Preston watcher it is difficult to ascertain accurately just how he is doing based on stats or goal highlight shows. Misfiring strikers can come good (Higdon anyone?). Hope he comes through this tough spell and he doesn't end up at Ipox. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  7. Indeed .. not many of our recent goals have been things of beauty, but then again McHughs and Campbells were no bad eh? but did our opposition decide to chuck a few in the net or.... maybe they were under a wee bit of pressure from us that has led to their mistakes...just askin? Agree re Ciftci contribution wise, (he is not 'fat') was prepared to give him benefit of doubt but to my mind it hasn't worked out. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  8. Well said that man.....stand by tbough for the standard rather rude Yodo response when even he realises his argument has been trumped [emoji16] Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  9. Just wondering if fans of any other teams feel the way we do about Rodgers, or are we just reacting to his Bowman and Flow interventions and our antenna is now up whenever the great one graces us with his thoughts, yet funnily enough 'he doesn't talk about other clubs'. I detest the man just genuinely wondering if it's just a Mwell thing Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  10. Sounded we were much better 2nd half and Bigi playing well then wallop. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  11. Yeah he is good value, knowledgable and calls it as he sees it, but you can sense he is kicking every ball. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  12. It has all seemed a bit low key, on here as well. It's brilliant the team have done so well but from a FAMILY point of view a 3rd Hampden trip of the season is bloody costly, and with it being on cooncil tele as well I wouldn't blame anyone in tight financial circumstances holding off for a potential final they would also struggle to afford. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  13. Aye but just like the refs they don't want to get on the wrong side of him so he continually gets away with his sermons on the world according to St Brendan....but remember he doesn't comment on other clubs............apart from Hearts binning Cathro, Bowman in a game he wasn't even involved in, St Johnstone players only trying against Celtic, Our Flow and his lap top, and now the Ross County skipper letting down his travelling support. I am sure there is more. The hypocrisy is breathtaking but no one has the balls to call him out. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  14. Saint Brendan again...just about choked on my corn flakes when I saw 'honest' Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  15. Agreed I think Aldred Hartley Dunne will be our back 3 next season Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  16. Who has the final decision?.....Robbo... ..come on Steelboy, you know the game well, you talk a lot of sense (some of the time [emoji16]) but bloody hell you just refuse to give our manager a sniff of credit when things go well, but jump on him from a huge height when things go wrong. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  17. Thanks for that......never a penalty for Rangers...bloody hell if decisions 'even out' over a season we are due a hell of a lot. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  18. Agreed .. Must have been a terrific decision by 'Robinson' to sign him eh? Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  19. 2 mins after coming on in 70th min to bring it back to 2-1 but they got beat 4-1, still it will hopefully help him kick on, score loads of goals and earn a big sell on for us [emoji16][emoji16][emoji16] Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  20. Ruddy and Randolph in opposition today! Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  21. That may be the case, so he has gone down a level found some form and no doubt confidence, and would hopefully be a better player at SPL level now....doubt we will be signing proven 22 goal strikers in the SPL, so we go looking for potential/discarded/hungry/something to prove. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  22. Thats good, our group got tickets for I6 on Monday so presume that must be sold out now if they have moved onto I5. (and 14 hopefully) Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  23. Bowman, Dunne, Aldred and possibly Newell would hopefully be the ones to stay. I think Rose will go, is his wife not over in USA? Bit concerned that Dunne chat over triggering a contract extension seems to have died away, not something you think would have worried us a few months ago but does now!! I think Cedric will go at end of season, if we don't get Aldred and Dunne tied down leaves us with Pete and another rebuild, mind you the last one hasn't worked out too bad ! Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  24. Who said 'I don't want to play at Hampden again' ???? Quite fancy being there on 19 May actually. Not clear what your point is. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  25. Agree in principle with your point but at least there will be a competitive match with a final place at stake rather than a friendly, and 2 sets if supporters which will help. Pitches at Tynecastle and Easter Rd aren't great either, but either place would have been rocking. I think 20000 might be optimistic but really hope i am wrong Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
