  1. It has always been this way .... sad fact of human nature that folks are more motivated to criticise than praise. However the whole vibe around yesterday pre match was low key (not from the management and team thankfully). Our away support looked even less than the 400 or so after the Rangers semi. I only live 45 miles from Dundee and after hearing about the Friarton Bridge roadworks, the cold weather, 2 games coming up, and post holiday finances I decided to give it a miss. So not a fixture that was particularily attractive or captured the imagination (rightly or wrongly) and maybe thats had an effect. There also seems unanimous opinion we weren't very good, rode our luck and did well to escape with 3 points so not much to debate really. As around 300 fans actually attended against 4000 well fans at the Killie game I wonder if actually attending motivates posts (maybe not), but there was divided opinion amongst the support after the killie game, which always generates more posts. So while i agree there is generally more activity when things aren't going well, other factors can come in to play as well. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  2. Stand by for some interesting you are in my seat arguments. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  3. Ben Hall on loan from Brighton to Notts County has a assist for second goal in a 2 nil win. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  4. All are at home Gazzy I have a feeling we can Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  5. Winning when not playing well is a great trait. Vital 3 pts only 3 behind Hearts and 11 clear of 11th. Never going to play well every week so grinding out a result like this is so important. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  6. How many times have we been on the receving end in games like this.....I'll take it at this stage....mixlr excellent btw Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  7. Re upgrade I was one who had a different user name and posting name but after upgrade all sorted via lap top. Unfortunately since upgrade cannot log in on tapatalk, doesn't say I have got anything wrong just keeps going back to log in page. Have tried using both names, same thing happens.

My main use is via tapatalk on mobile, would really appreciate if you could have a look at this for me.

    Thanks

  8. So out of who was available who else would you have had on the park? Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  9. I find it amazing that folks come on here pontificating about the managers tactics and lack of a plan b, when they don't even realise/understand that in the game they are watching and commenting on we did change formation as Superward quite correctly pointed out. 10. Was just after a run he made, immediate signal to bench, seemed to indicate right knee to Robbo but could be wrong Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  11. Agreed I thought McHugh was outstanding today defensively.... the number of tackles and headers won and interceptions was terrific. He is a defensive midfielder and a bloody good one at that. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  12. Given we played a back 4 at Rugby Park and apart from a goallie flap did ok i don't think that line up will be too far off the mark. Mulumbu will run the show if we don't nullify him. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  13. Look at the number of collars and ties in the crowd....reminds me of my old man. I have a picture of us out for a picnic and he had a collar and tie on.....different era, and crackin pic btw. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  14. Kipre gets a red card in final for allegedly pulling back Sinclair and penalty awarded. Just watched a PSG defender make a far stronger hand on shoulder contact on a Real player who goes down as if shot. Penalty awarded and not even a yellow card given. PSG player already was on a yellow card. Confused???? Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  15. He played mchugh in central defence in the 3-2 defeat by Thistle, however you are right in principle in that he did say at the AGM he feels that weakens midfield and he is not happy doing it so I imagine he will look at other solutions. Personally i think if it is a back 3 it will be Aldred Dunne Hendrie, however we played a back 4 at Rugby Park of Tait Kipre Dunne and Hammell. Wouldnt be surprised if he went Tait Aldred Dunne Hendrie.....time will tell Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  16. Interrsting final paragraph ...'senior squad' Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  17. Facebook going tonto about our trialist Indian under 17 goallie whose name will give Philip Speedie another nightmare / challenge if he makes the first team Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  18. Even if they do, for some it will only be to sharpen them ready to bring them out again after a defeat......sadly Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  19. Through the wonders of technology listened on mixlr all the way from South Africa...great job by Lewis and Craggs. Sounded an excellent 2nd half performance with our 'lack of creative ' players making many chances. Campbell was getting rave reviews interesting to hear Rose in penalty box so often. 2 hours ahead over here so its a happy night night and look forward to reading loads of positive comments and maybe some praise in the morning. 20. You are not the only one who should be having a portion, I wonder if other prophets of doom will match your good grace. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  21. Exactly this.....I thought he was excellent with us and provided that link between midfield and attack always passing and moving to support. Since his departure I can't think of any midfielder who has cone close in that regard. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  22. Aye I remember being shocked when he got a yellow card i think at Dunfermline for a mistimed and hefty challenge towards end of his career. Class act and life not fair to him afterwards being robbed and beaten up by some scumbag in his shop, and his premature death. My favourite ever player. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  23. I'm pleading not guilty to that charge m'lud quite ironic when I'm the one normally having a go at others for being over critical and continually negative...I sometimes feel like you there are some destructively negative comments on here that are seldom balanced with praise when due but I stay on here to try and counter that. However that doesn't mean I will never criticise if I think a player or manager merits it and I think that was the case here Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
  24. Couldnt agree more....that was a great ball in, any player worth his salt would have thrown himself at it. Sent from my SM-A320FL using Tapatalk
