I got a scotrail friends fare yesterday online, £42.20 for 4 return tickets from Queen Street to Inverness on the 6th of November for the well game. There are still some tickets available although I had to get the later train back, departing Inverness at 20:15.

Fair enough, but i'm not saying use small goals till like 16, at what age do young players really confirm their preferred position? Fair play to you for trying to focus on the type of football that the youngsters should be aspiring to and I fully understand that parents do not make youth coaches jobs any easier.

I don't think sending our young players over to places like Spain to be coached is a real solution as with new rules if they are there long enough and become good enough then they will probably end up in teams like Spain. We need to look at what other countries are doing that we aren't. For example, youngsters in Holland start off with really small goals and no goalkeepers to encourage passing and technical play. I personally think that Scottish kids move up to a full size elevens pitch at too young an age, it simply results in youngsters with far too much space and an unrealistic shooting target with a wee boy between a set of full size goals. Traditionally Scottish player have always played with their heart on their sleeve and that should certainly be maintained but i'm sure most people will agree that something needs to be done throughout all levels of the game in our country to improve the technical side of our country's football sooner rather than later.

Gow can hopefully provide the spark the team is lacking at the moment whether he plays at left mid or an attacking midfield role. He's a good dribbler with a great left peg who can score aswell as create think it just depends if he really wants to play his best football or just pick up a wage.

I would like to us try something along the lines of: - -----------------Randolph-------------------- Saunders/----Craigan------Reynolds----Hammell Hateley ------------Lasley/Hately-----Jennings-------------- --Humphrey---------Casagolda---------Sutton/Blackman -------------Murphy/Sutton/Blackman----------- Doubt anything like this will actually happen but it looks like we are gonna have to operate with what we have and I just don't think that the 3 centre mid type set up is working for us at all.

Injury prone and we already have 5 strikers competing for places. There are other players about without clubs and there are other positions that we need players more.

The longer on this goes the less likely a deal seems to be. To be honest I think the £1mil quoted makes the story slightly unbelievable, don't expect we would recieve that much although would obviously be great if we did.

He is a player I would like to see in a well shirt. He is a good attacking midfielder with some pace from what I have seen of him.

I don't really fancy having Craigan and Saunder as our first choice centre backs, too many rush of blood to the head moments.
