  1. I stay nearby and would suggest The Church on The Hill (previously Bhudda). Non-offensive, plenty of tv screens, decent priced bevy, 5-10 mins walk from Hampden and usually decent totty on the bar. Other than that there is Armstrongs on Battlefield Road which is normally full of @rseholes so I expect the same if not worse on Sunday or Clockwork which is also good and right beside Hampden but I expect it will be hoachin with currant buns.
  2. Voted McCall because I trust Boyle's decision. Talk about premature threadulation.....
  3. What hope do we have? Pick an SPL team outside the Old Scum and they have a 1 in 10 chance that will be whos playing against the currant buns....

    Semi Final

Taken Monday off work so really looking forward to Sunday. Not hopeful of a result but will be behind the team all the way.

    Semi Final

Aye, up beside the Langside monument, bout 10 minutes stagger from Hampden (tops). Decent place, loads of TV screens to watch football and usually some crackin totty behind the bar. January drinks offers will still apply as the games on the 31st!

    Ins & Outs

Looks like he could be a good player for us but the quote above suggests we are getting him now if Rotherham have accepted an offer which would probably mean he will be coming in instead of the striker/LCB that McCall has said he needs.

    Semi Final

Looking forward to Sunday, I stay just round the corner from Hampden so a wee 10 minute stagger round will be on the cards. I would suggest either Clockwork or The Church on The Hill if anyone is out for drinks before/after. MON THE WELL

Swollen heed? Rash? Snapped Banjo string? Went for Hutch myself, thought he was outstanding.

    Steve Jones

Good performance from Wells new ginger baws, looks like he'll be a good addition.
  10. Wasn't being serious
  11. Thanks Mike, all the best at Leeds.

What a fuckin joke, but i still find it pretty hilarious. Back to the drawing board Mr McCall.

    Ins & Outs

Be good for him to get some game time instead of the odd 10 minutes.
  14. Score a good few goals in his time here then - thanks Mike all the best at Leeds next season, works out well for all parties. Will be interesting to see who McCall see's as his strongest strike force now.

    Ins & Outs

Watched a video of Grella on youtube, looks like he could be a good addition to the squad. The left-mid berth is still vacant though, hopefully get Cedric Collet signed before the weekend.

    Ins & Outs

Anybody know if we are any closer to actually signing any players? Would be nice to have some/a new face in for the Hibs game.
  17. I would say you are being pessimistic. We have three guys on trial, two of whom had cracking performances in the bounce game yesterday and we are being linked with other players based down south. Yes there is a lack of funds but most other teams similar to us are in the exact same position except for Killie and Aberdeen who are simply putting themselves further into the red and risking the future of their club. MON THE WELL!

    Ins & Outs

Met them near McDonalds on Sauchiehall street about 25 minutes ago, three foreign looking guys wandering about head to toe in designer gear, not too hard to spot.

    Ins & Outs

Casagolda's found himself a new job as a translator! Pretty sure they were all (including Collet) speaking spanish.

    Ins & Outs

Innocent, just a lunch time wanderer who happened to notice three foreign boys admiring the sights and sounds of Glasgow city centre. Tried to get a bit of chat out of them but Collet and Navarro could speak hee haw english and the shine off of Estebans heed was blinding me.

    Ins & Outs

Just met Collet, Navarro and Casagolda on Sauchiehall street and asked if they were going to be signing for Motherwell to which they replied (Esteban translating for the other 2) eeeeeehh....maybe. Navarro isnt very big for a centre half but I suppose Reynolds n Craggs aren't either.

    Raith Rovers

I agree that we should always be playing our strongest team and as much as I admire his spirit and work ethic I think it is time that we start working towards replacing Craigan long term with whoever is the best candidate. Whether it be Hutch, Saunders, Page or Navarro (if he signs), that is used just now in place of Reynolds, over the next season or two, Craigan should be gradually moved aside to allow two of these young guys to cement their place as our new centre back pairing.
  23. I would go with (hopefully): --------------Randy----------------- Hateley---Craigan---Hutch---Hammell Humph---Lasley-----Jenno---Collet (Forbes if not) ------------Sutton----Murphy-------- I'll go for 1 - nil Well.

    Raith Rovers

Sounds promising. Hopefully get a 'proper' contract sorted out for Collet ASAP. Looks like Esteban will be hanging about to fight for a game.
