  1. All of them plus wee Dougie's winner against Falkirk in 93 in the relegation battle.
  2. My point though is the fans don't accept it but it's way out of our hands, the folk that run clubs do nothing to change it so yes they willingly accept it. we're probably agreeing but coming at it from different angles actually
  3. There have been opportunities before, remember the Diddy 10 were supposedly standing firm until it came to the crunch and they backed down, was it league reconstruction issues? This is what we have but it seems it's only the fans of the diddy clubs who recognise it. I'm that used to it I expect nothing more, resigned to it I think is the term. Nothing will change in Scottish fitba' until that happens so gnashing and wailing won't change a thing.
  4. It's always been a stitch up wee yin, every decision made to change the leagues about, distribution of TV cash, voting rights etc etc, everything suits them two otherwise it wouldn't get through the process. Problem is the diddy clubs hanging onto their coat-tails scavenging for scraps if they decide to leave any. Oh for a set of chairman with balls collectively standing firm against them.
  5. Preaching tae the converted, fella
  6. Need to be registered for the original date, pretty sure we couldn't play Wullie Falconer in a Scottish Cup tie cos of that, our game was moved for TV and he was signed 48 hours prior to the game but not 48 hours before the actual date that round of fixtures was scheduled for.
  7. Think the weather forecast was for North East of England
  8. Cue his new nickname (in One Step Beyond at least )
  9. He is the weather balloon don't ye know
  10. How'd it finish, had to leave early to get train to Embra?
  11. True, he's hardly kicked a ball recently
  12. Seem to remember the Arbroath tie a few years back taking a few attempts to resolve it, ended up playing the day of the next round then we played Ayr the following Saturday so that would back up claims that Accies is more likely to be moved to midweek than St Mirren if we get through

The initial issue has been resolved, the funding in question was agreed last year but due to a delay in our bank account being set up it's taken until now to sort it out. At no time did funds go astray in case anyone was wondering if there was some underhand dealing, I know one or two have mentioned this to me privately. All one big misunderstanding which really shouldn't have developed into this so hopefully we can draw a line under it. Any other issues with the Trust sort them yirsel

Would have thought fried onions negated the need for any sauce whatoever. That puts a whole new slant on things, you have no case to come on here and moan about a wasted 4 minutes after wasting such a delicacy with too many accompaniments on yer roll n sausage.

Well one poster mentioned it was, in his opinion, "Comedy Gold" so not everyone shares your opinion. Some others would have had tomato sauce.

Why don't you let one of the grown ups deal with this. Perhaps they'll know the facts before handing out their perceived wisdom. We haven't made a request for funding yet, we are overdue payment for this season. The rights or wrongs of that decision are of no consequence to you as you were obviously not on the board when that decision was made otherwise you'd know that. You obviously are in denial about an agenda as your viewpoint on this funding issue clearly shows. No-one has ever deemed the sponsorship to be money for nothing until now but I'll speak to the people who matter and guage whether their opinion mirrors yours. We value the Trust's assistance, in return they get their name promoted through our use of Well Trust FC, not exactly money for nothing. As previously stated the board requested a meeting to discuss furthering the relationship so I suggest you do the job you're there for and organise said meeting rather than taking cheap pot-shots.

The request for funding has been passed way back before this season began, we still have to receive the cheque which was the initial point of discussion. The further request for a meeting was regards next season, made by the Trust board not ourselves and I resolved to make contact in January to arrange a meeting to discuss it further. So yu see there is no need for Frazzle to vote against something which has already been decided. He can veto next seasons all he likes but not very wise to publicly announce his voting intentions on here is it?

We know our position, it hasn't changed since day one. We are an amateur team to whom the Trust pay a sponsorship every season to promote their name. The agreement to encourage members to join the Trust still stands but we don't force anyone into it simply because when asked at the begining our players said they simply wanted to play fotball and avoid getting caught up in politics. Much like this. We have still to receive the due sponsorship for this season and are trying to make contact to arrange it. The Trust also asked us if we would discuss further sponsorship in the summer, at that time our arrangements were in place for this season but we were trying to arrange this meeting when good old Fraz decided to stick his oar into something he obviously hasn't been made aware of. Personal agendas and all that mean he'd be as well keeping out of it completely.

Didn't expect anything else to be honest but get your facts right, there was no agreement. Ask someone who knows about these things before jumping in.

Think semi final was previous season Grew, Admiral kit was worn in that semi for the first time.
  23. Who's demonising him? Just stating a fact, he bought the debt and made a £95 Grand profit, bit sensitive in defending him where there's no real attack.
