  1. Aye you're right let's just pack it in now. Defeatist talk gets us nowhere, certainly won't work if we all shrug our shoulders and act like there's no point. There is every chance we can make it work but it certainly won't if we take the Corporal Jones fucking attitude.
  2. Aaah you spotted that then You know there are times I think it's not even worth bothering with a reply but thankfully you did.
  3. I'd rather not see the argument between fans when the club is dying on it's arse along the lines of "See if c***s like you had got off their arse and bought in to the Society we wouldn't be in this mess" A much more serious scenario than "I'm a better fan...."
  4. I believe it is viable as well, horrible time to be attempting it no arguments there, but we have to make it work, simple as that. We all saw how folk came together for Well Worth Saving, we really need that kind of togetherness again. For those humming and hawing, it is not an option if the club means anything to you at all just to sit and moan about parts of it you don't like. If we don't make it work the club simply slides until a potentially iffyowner sees a chance to screw a few quid. There is no benefactor for us, it is down to the fans to put up or shut up. This fails I can see a dismal future and I don't wish to endure a finger pointing exercise later blaming each other for it's failure. Let's just make it work and change the bits you don't like from within.
  5. Exactly, I can't really affford it but it's too important for this to fail so I'll find the necessary.
  6. You can have all the time you want as long as you commit before March, I phoned for more info this week cos I'm in a similar situation financially but the spread of monthly or quarterly payments would make it achievable for me. The club just need that commitment from us all. When it comes down to it if you want to you will find a way that suits. If you can't, fair enough. But this is singularly the most important scheme we will likely ever be required to choose to join so once we get all the petty arguments out the way it's up to the individual and their circumstances.
  7. The Society simply has to work, we need to make it work cos frankly we have no other option. There are no buyers out there as already said, certainly none to be trusted, so it's up to us and no-one else. Do we want to effectively own our club or not? I'll struggle but I'll find the money to do my bit in keeping the club out of the hands of some fly by night in the future, if there are any out there.
  8. 35-40 would be right cos it started after we won the cup in 1991, I never mentioned teenagers or early 20s. Those good old days Ya Bezzer mentioned were before even the TomTom demonstrations. For me everything turned on it's head in 1991, all of a sudden we were a team, one to be respected and revered whereas previously we were just happy to survive. Expectations rose after that Cup win and our support has never been the same towards the side, just my view mind. Aye these guys should know better cos they could probably remember the bad old days when we were continually shite, candy coated memories of bygone days aye right
  9. One thing we've lacked for years is a positive support, we used to enjoy backing even when the team weren't performing cos the fans understood we're a small club battling against bigger and richer opponents. Generally speaking we have outperformed many of those teams to such an extent many fans believe we should expect the same year in year out. Only those of a certain vintage remember our place in the bigger scheme of things and behave accordingly, too many have ideas above their station IMO hence we get negativity towards a team responsible for producing one of the best campaigns we could hope for at this stage of a season.
  10. Flow tellt me a Press Officer was one of the most important roles in any organisation. That no' true?
  11. I have a major beef with an organisation who have done wrong by my club then one of their major players derides us for complaining about said injustice. Rather than sack him I'd like to invite him to our next home game and offer him a seat beside us in the East Stand
  12. At the same time he's defending a poor decision to ban one of our players for doing something not very much. So if one crime of doing not very much is worthy of punishment...... That said he's lucky we're not Celtic fans else his erse would be oot the windae already. But then again if it were Celtic the SFA widnae be dealing with the matter in such a fashion, the media widnae be highlighting said 'crime' in the first place and Darryll fuckin' Broadfoot widnae dare say something like on social media cos he knows fine well his windaes wid be going in the next night. So when it's taken into context, aye he should be sacked
  13. And I disagree with you, Murray Davidson was cynical a few times, the one he got booked for eventually should have been his third card (not as bad as Cat Dealy's four cards mind) and we seem to get punished for our first foul at times. Overall ref wisnae that bad, just normal shite as opposed to Alan Muir shite. We don't have any good refs, or at least none that rule in our favour much so when we get just a shite ref I think we get kidded that he was actually allright. If you get my drift.
  14. Well deserved and totally relevant, think themselves lucky we have no more means of recourse than singing a song about the c***s.
  15. Is that Kat Dealy he's talking aboout? Won't ask what he was watching. Fool!
  16. Nope he's a c**t despite what you might perceive as achievements in his chosen field. That to me just says he's a bigger c**t than the other candidates.
  17. All I can say is although I could maybe fit in a wee afore ah finish for the night. He needs the bullet, that just confirms he does not know what he is talking about, nor does he understand anything about the game of fitba'. Mr Regan, kindly take yirsel tae fuck and yir good idea gone bad wi' ye.
  18. To be perfectly honest if the compliance officer deems that gesture to be offensive he shouldn't be in the job, simple as that. Anyone who backs him up is also unfit to hold office in the administration of this game of 'ours' (Ours, hah that'll be fucking right) You surely must have a modicum of knowledge of the game to be employed within? Broadfoot, Looney Toons, Regan all clearly displaying symptoms of #notknowingverymuchatall
  19. So the SFA are employing failed journalists to do their bidding are they? Daryll Broadfoot was as good as journalist as his namesake Kirk is a fitba' player. He should not be commenting in such a fashion given his position so who do I complain to so's I can get him sacked for being a fud. MInd you he was employed for being a fud in the first place so not sure if that would be considered a sacking offence.
  20. I'd apeal it again and again and again and again. Take that guy fae down South who was offering his services free for a test case and rock the fucking boat til it sinks. This stinks to high heaven, are ra Shellic the only club in this country wi' the balls to take these c***s on? I know they're the only ones with enough clout to be successful but surely any form of arbitration would come out in our favour on this. As if any more evidence was needed that the gemmes a bogey, Vincent fuckin' Looney Tunes just provided some more.
  21. We can cope without him but it's the principle. Neither of them deserved a red for what went on, both put their heads together, neither headbutted the other. Kind of convenient the cameras didn't pick it up eh? Especially considering how they've been picking every minor instance up lately. Time to knock this trial by tv on the head when they clearly miss out on a major game changing incident like this yet players are being pulled for the slightest little thing and banned for them.Even if it did change the game in our favour, thanks Ref GIRUY ya fud btw.
  22. Blame the manager for calling youse 'the choir' it's in his programme notes so it must be just so.
  23. Glad to see the club appealing but I hope they go further if it's refused. Time to stand up to this nonsense, would never stand up in a court of law and someone needs to be the one who takes the SFA the full road. Neil Lennon would do it but they're scared shitless of him cos of last season and now won't go near his players. Vincent Lunny is hardly being impartial therefore.
  24. MIght even join in wi' that one if it gets an airing.
