Remember some saying exactly the same back in 91, on the way to stuff 'em at Parkheid the week before the semi final, which we subsequently drew, then everyone wrote us off for the replay tae which of course we also went and won. Never say never.

There were far more Well fans there tonight compared to normal. All tonight's attendance shows is that folk will turn up for big games. And if everyone brought 2,500-3,000 travelling fans our average would shoot up.

I don't even know where Petrol Blue came from, might even have been me yonks ago Anyway, I would welcome the Sampdoria style one as seen previously, not just because I had a part to play in suggesting such a design but because I think it ticks all the boxes. It doffs the cap to our traditions at a time of special note, has enough C&A to appease any doubters but it's a fine looking strip in it's own right and one that would I likely purchase from the outset, unlike the last 15 years.
