  1. Now you're talking my language
  2. Actually that highlights again just how unfair any sanctions on another club would be for any misdemeanour. The fact Shellic have never been pulled up for their Republican shoite is a source of amazement but then the SPL is just a mouthpiece for them two cheeks of the same erse.
  3. Fixed that for ye, wouldn't want you accused of showing bias to one side or t'other now would we?
  4. I still maintain the undersoil heating is the biggest factor in everyone's pitch problems so when the SPL start their inquiry they might want to look inwards at their 'membership criteria' first, which incidentally now seems to have changed to "deliver a pitch of a certain standard." That's a new yin. Methinks they make it up as they go along that mob.
  5. Best get slated for applying the rules than ignoring them I say. Point is Hibs went out to kick us off the park on Saturday and paid the price. Seem to recall you took exception to our Fair Play strategy earlier.
  6. Clampdown on foul play, costs you points you know in the end.
  7. Red card every day of the week, Miller went in to do damage. Passback correct. Penalty shout wrong. Mixed bag and other things annoyed but no major decisions wrong really other than that mentioned. Not great but easily better than some of his more experienced counterparts.
  8. Nothing to stop you going up for a pint far as I know, pretty sure restrictions were lifted cos it wasn't busy enough so it's open to all now.
  9. Did Hibs win on fouls yesterday?
  10. I agree with that and I don't smoke but misinterpretation of the rules seem t be standard now. If in doubt ban it seems to be the view of some in authority.
  11. That would surely be papac's fault though? No? Todays fitba' crowds are of a different make-up to the old boozy days, not many wear flares apart fae Trucks for a start, and I realy don't think the demand is there for drink to be served inside grounds. I know I'm not fussed at all being honest, never touched a drop when available on our jaunts to England or abroad (apart fae the pre-season friendlies tae mad North of England non-league grounds which were just a boozefest anyway) Dortmund I stood and laughed at those getting pished on alcohol free, Nancy the same, Carlise I wanted to see the game rather than spend it under the stands, was there drink available at Llanelli? Didn't know, didn't care so in essence it's a pointless exercise far as I'm concerned I suppose.
  12. OSB will be out at the Hearts game on 13th March, anyone wishing to vent their spleen on a related topic should note that contributions need to be with the editor (i.e.me) by the evening of Sunday 28th February. Send me a PM for contact details if you require them. Cheers folks
  13. When I go to a pub with my mates I prefer to stand at the bar so until they relax the rules about standing it would have to be a resounding No
  14. What good is a meeting where nothing gets said or done about the most blatant example of Scottish officialdom in action (i.e. Old Firm bias) A one vote poll isn't sufficient for the ills of our game and the dafties that oversee it. Sorry but farting against thunder is my view on what you're facing.
  15. Totally against the ban cos the Bigot Bros caused it, we paid the price. Not fussed with it though as I can happily do without but not if we get many more games like last two Accies games. BY the same token bring back smoking at fitba', there's an open area inside the turnstyles at the East Stand which could be used.
  16. Are you having us on? You can start by not ignoring Wednesday night's incident.
  17. Agreed, althouigh I'd be right impressed if the poor performance of the stewards at the other end of the East Stand was being addressed.
  18. More believeable than Stuart Dougal's explanation mind you.

Sieb was a cult figure aye, but not as good as the misty eyed among us like to make out. I loved him, even got Sieb T-shirts made up to honour him but his actual ability was surpassed by his mythical image.
  21. You're probably thinking of the Cooper Club which originally opened as a subscription based members only bar. Don't know the take-up on it but it wasn't that expensive from memory. £25 rings a bell
